Bella Thorne Apologizes for Tweet After Rob Lowe Calls Her Out

Bella Thorne is speaking out to apologize after some thought one of her tweets following the deadly California mudslides was insensitive.

The Shake It Up alum particularly got some heat from Parks and Recreation actor Rob Lowe.

“F— u 101 to santa barbra [sic],” Bella wrote in a since-deleted tweet on Wednesday (January 10). “I’m missing my boyfriends first date on his tour:(((”

“This attitude is why people hate celebrities/Hollywood,” Rob replied on Instagram. “Bella, I’m sorry you were inconvenienced. We will try to move out our dead quicker.”

Bella did tweet an apology the next day, stating, “F–k just caught up on some news had no idea why the 101 was shut down…get home to your family safe,” along with a heart emoji.
