'Maze Runner: The Death Cure' Ends 'Jumanji's Box Office Domination

Maze Runner: The Death Cure was the clear winner at the box office this weekend, ending Jumanji‘s non-stop reign as the number one film in theaters.

The movie, which stars Dylan O’Brien, Thomas Brodie-Sangster, Ki Hong Lee, Kaya Scodelario, Dexter Darden, Rosa Salazar and Katherine McNamara, made $23.5 million and brought in a total of $62.6 million internationally.

The third and final installment in the Maze Runner series, based on James Dashner‘s dystopian young adult novels, still had the weakest opening of the three films.

The first opened to $32.5 million and the second to $30.3 million. Still, $23.5 million doesn’t sound bad to us!

As far as young adult dystopian film franchises go though…we still have to wait for final, final numbers before we can see if it did better than The Hunger Games ($2.968 billion) or Divergent ($765 million).

TELL JJJ: Did you go see Maze Runner: The Death Cure in theaters this weekend?

Justin Bieber Decides Not to Go to Grammys 2018 - Find Out What He Was Doing Instead!

Justin Bieber chose not to go to the 2018 Grammys!

After reports surfaced days before that the 23-year-old “What Do You Mean?” pop prince was going to skip the ceremony (and all future awards shows!) until he finished his next album, Justin indeed chose to miss the show to hang out with friends instead on Sunday night (January 28) in West Hollywood, Calif.

Justin was spotted during a night out with a group of friends, choosing to have a casual hang-out rather than attend the ceremony.

He wore a Thrasher hoodie and a hat that reads “Sorry,” just like his hit song.

We hope he had a fun time!

Camila Cabello is Calling All the Dreamers in Her Grammys 2018 Speech

Camila Cabello delivered a moving speech in support of the Dreamers at the 2018 Grammy Awards!

The “Never Be the Same” singer took the stage at the event held at Madison Square Garden on Sunday (January 28) in New York City.

“Today, in this room full of music’s dreamers, we remember that this country was built by dreamers, for dreamers, chasing the American dream,” Camila said.

“I’m here on this stage tonight because, just like the Dreamers, my parents brought me to this country with nothing in their pockets but hope,” she added. “They showed me what it means to work twice as hard and never give up. And honestly no part of my journey is any different from theirs. I’m a proud Cuban-Mexican immigrant, born in Eastern Havana, standing in front of you on the Grammy stage in New York City, and all I know is, just like dreams, these kids can’t be forgotten and are worth fighting for.”
