Dove Cameron & Kristin Chenoweth Premiere Their New AppleTV+ Series 'Schmigadoon!'

Dove Cameron and Kristin Chenoweth reunite for a cute new photo at the premiere of their new series Schmigadoon! held at The Whitby Hotel on Monday (July 12) in New York City.

The two are co-starring in the AppleTV+ limited series, their third musical project together.

They of course previously starred as mother-daughter duos in Descendants and Hairspray Live.

Ansel Elgort & Rachel Zegler Star In First 'West Side Story' Teaser Trailer - Watch Now!

The first teaser trailer for the highly anticipated West Side Story remake has arrived!

The new video debuted during the 2021 Oscars on Sunday night (April 25), and features stars Ansel Elgort (Tony) and Rachel Zegler (Maria), as well as Ariana DeBose (Anita), Rita Moreno (Valentina), Mike Faist (Riff) and more.

West Side Story was directed by Steven Spielberg, and tells the classic tale of fierce rivalries and young love in 1957 New York City.

If you didn’t know, Rita was actually in the original 1961 film as Anita, and she won an Oscar for her performance. She also serves as an executive producer on the new reimagining.

Also starring in the film are David Alvarez (Bernardo), Josh Andrés Rivera (Chino), Ana Isabelle (Rosalía), Corey Stoll (Lieutenant Schrank) and Brian d’Arcy James (Officer Krupke).

West Side Story's Ariana DeBose Gives a Thumbs Up on Oscars 2021 Red Carpet

Ariana DeBose dons an orange gown while walking the carpet at the 2021 Academy Awards held at Union Station on Sunday evening (April 25) in Los Angeles.

The 30-year-old actress is in attendance at the award show to host a red carpet pre-show for ABC.

During the telecast, Ariana‘s upcoming new musical movie, West Side Story, will be debuting it’s first trailer!

The Prom's Ariana DeBose Joins The Cast of Upcoming Space Thriller Film

Ariana DeBose‘s star is on the rise!

The 30-year-old is set to join the cast of the upcoming space thriller ISS, Deadline reports.

“If you need me I’ll be floating in space✨,” she shared on Instagram.

Ariana will play “Kira Foster, a promising biological engineer and the newest arrival of six astronauts aboard the ISS.”

The movie will follow “six astronauts living aboard the International Space Station (ISS) and the actions they take after receiving distressing information from Earth that threatens their missions and their lives,” and also stars Chris Messina, Pilou Asbaek, John Gallagher Jr., Costa Ronin and Masha Mashkova.

Ariana had her big breakout in the hit Broadway musical Hamilton, where she was part of the ensemble in the original Broadway cast, as well as the Disney+ film. She also starred as Disco Donna in Summer: The Donna Summer Musical on Broadway.

The actress most recently starred in the Netflix movie adaptation of the musical The Prom, as Alyssa Greene. She can also soon be seen in another movie musical, West Side Story, as well as an upcoming musical TV series for Apple TV+, alongside Dove Cameron, Keegan-Michael Key, Kristin Chenoweth and more.

The newcomer and the Broadway star join an all star cast in the upcoming Netflix movie musical adaptation of the Broadway show.

Also in the cast are Meryl Streep, James Corden, Nicole Kidman, Andrew Rannells, Keegan-Michael Key, Kerry Washington, Kevin Chamberlain and more.

Here’s a synopsis: Dee Dee Allen (Streep) and Barry Glickman (Corden) are New York City stage stars with a crisis on their hands: their expensive new Broadway show is a major flop that has suddenly flatlined their careers. Meanwhile, in small-town Indiana, high school student Emma Nolan (Pellman) is experiencing a very different kind of heartbreak: despite the support of the high school principal (Key), the head of the PTA (Washington) has banned her from attending the prom with her girlfriend, Alyssa (DeBose).

When Dee Dee and Barry decide that Emma’s predicament is the perfect cause to help resurrect their public images, they hit the road with Angie (Kidman) and Trent (Rannells), another pair of cynical actors looking for a professional lift. But when their self-absorbed celebrity activism unexpectedly backfires, the foursome find their own lives upended as they rally to give Emma a night where she can truly celebrate who she is.

The Prom, produced and directed by Ryan Murphy, will premiere on Netflix and in select theaters on December 11th!
