Sway House, Daniella Perkins & More TikTok Stars To Compete On New Cooking Show 'Dish This'

AwesomenessTV is getting ready to launch a brand new cooking competition show!

Chowhound editor-at-large Joey Skladany will host the new, six episode series Dish This, where he will “judge two social celebrities competing to make a dish from the pages of ‘Basic B–chen’, which embraces the ‘basic’ lifestyle through food with everyday recipes for the straightforward meals we shamelessly love. Instead of using any old recipe, contestants will need to figure out how to make the dish using only a picture of the final product as reference.”

Social stars that will be competing include Sway House members Noah Beck, Blake Gray, Griffin Johnson and Kio Cyr, Sofie Dossi and her brother Zak, Daniella and Devenity Perkins, Cristian Dennis and boyfriend Tyshon Lawrence, and Brittany Broski and Sarah Schauer.

The contestants will “compete in different challenges that require them to reveal something about themselves, with the option to either get a tip for their own recipe or sabotage their competitor. At the end of each episode, Skladany will judge each dish based on ingredients used, presentation, and creativity to determine the best at-home chef. Recipes from each episode will also live on the @AwesomenessTV TikTok, hosted by Skladany for fans to make at home.”

Look out for Dish This, which premiers on Tuesday (August 4) at 1 p.m. PT on the AwesomenessTV YouTube channel.

“Fun game: reply w pics of every popular group on the internet,” she wrote. “I’m cool w half these ppl but i see why everyone’s talking. if u made it this far in life and haven’t managed to make 1 genuine friend that’s a different race than u, that’s a problem.”

“I constantly get s–t for not speaking out,” Daniella Perkins added on Saturday. “When I do, people are still mad.
