Eliza Taylor & Bob Morley Talk What's Ahead for Clarke & Bellamy in 'The 100' Season 6

Eliza Taylor and Bob Morley are giving us all the feels as they opened up about working with each other on The 100 since the start.

Speaking to IBT, the two stars of the CW series, chatted about having a unique experience on the show together.

“The chemistry that Eliza and I have working, I’ve never really had with anyone else, and it’s just such an easy, comfortable thing,” Bob shared. “I think it comes back to Season 1…we’re both from the same city in Australia, it’s both our first American gig, [so] we both just intrinsically trusted each other. And I’m really glad that we get to do that.”

He adds that in the upcoming season, their characters Clarke and Bellamy, will still be butting heads and also working together on things.

“There will be bad ones and sweet ones [because] even if the characters are at odds,” Bob says of the Bellarke moments. “The truth of Bellamy and Clarke is still there, and they are two people that need each other and rely on each other.”

“I mean a lot of water’s passed under the bridge, but they still got to mend that bridge before they can accept [their past],” he continued. “I think they take on what Monty has said about being the good guys and doing better than we did on the other planet, which is going to be pretty easy considering we blew up the last planet. The bar is set very low.”

“I think they want to respect Monty’s wishes, try and do better and also work as a team. I mean, there’s a reason he woke up the two of them,” Bob says. “And I think that he thinks that those two work better when they’re working together. So, to respect Monty and Harper’s wishes, I think that’s something that they need to do, and I think they’re aware of that.”

Eliza joked later that she loves “working with the idiot, and we just have such a good time. So, yeah, we get to be sort of leaders again, which I like.”

The 100 returns on April 30th on The CW.

Eliza Taylor Wants To Take This Special Item From 'The 100' Set

While The 100 isn’t even close to ending the series (at least we hope not!), Eliza Taylor already know what she wants to steal from the set.

During the recent Unity Days 2019 convention, the actress revealed that it’s not Clarke’s clothes, or any of her weapons, but rather a drawing.

One fan asked about whether the new planet sets meant the actors could take mementos from the old sets, and Eliza shared that she hasn’t lifted any souvenirs, yet.

But if she could, Eliza pointed to the original drawing she did of Alycia Debnam-Carey as Lexa — the one where she drew Lexa with a monocle.

We couldn’t think of a more perfect thing to take!

The 100 season 6 will premiere April 30th.

Bellamy & Clarke Will 'Pair Up Again as Leaders' in 'The 100' Season 6

Bob Morley and Eliza Taylor are dishing on the status of their characters, Bellamy and Clarke, respectively, in the upcoming season of The 100.

The co-stars, along with creator Jason Rothenberg, opened up in a new interview with TV Guide.

“This season starts with a little bit of a reckoning of some of the things that they went through last year, especially from Clarke’s side of things,” Jason said. “She left Bellamy to die and things like that. So they’ll definitely deal with that, but I think they both turn the page and figure out a way to be together on the same page. That’s when good things happen.”

Bob added that when season six begins, “the only way now is to start healing, that kind of emotional healing and building relationships back up.”

“I think they definitely are kind of pairing up again as the leaders, which is cool,” Eliza chimed in. “They’re basically having to wake people from cryo-sleep and catch them up to watch happened and basically very lightly explain to them that we’re on an entirely different planet and that Monty and Harper are gone.”

“They do try to approach it differently,” Jason revealed. “Monty at the end of last season in his sort of dying wish told them to be better, to be the good guys, and they’re going to try and do that. They’re really going to try and live up to that.”

The 100 returns to The CW at midseason in 2019.

Eliza Taylor & Bob Morley Talk 'The 100' Season 6

Eliza Taylor and Bob Morley are leaving subtle clues about what The 100 season six will bring us when it premieres next spring on The CW.

The two stars joined showrunner Jason Rothenberg at 2018 New York Comic Con over the weekend to talk about the upcoming season and it’s going to be like a brand new show.

We really are changing everything and the show is so different,” Jason shared.

The upcoming episodes will also slow down for Clarke, as she reflects on some of her previous actions.

“She holds a lot of guilt,” Eliza said. “I think one good thing about this season is there’s more conversation and dealing with the things we maybe skipped over last season.”

Eliza Taylor Gets Just as Emotional as Fans Do Over 'The 100'

Eliza Taylor signs an autograph for a fan waiting in line during the Supanova Fan Convention in Sydney, Australia over the weekend.

The 100 star was joined by The Flash‘s Carlos Valdes and Arrow‘s Stephen Amell at the annual convention. Meanwhile, her co-star Lindsey Morgan was seen at the German Comic-Con.

In a new interview, Eliza opened up about facing hard times just before booking Clarke on The 100, and how she gets just as emotional as the fans because it actually changed her life for the better.

“I was working four different jobs to save the money to move to Los Angeles, including teaching drama, and working at a nightclub called Love Machine in Melbourne — it took three years,” she remembers. “When I got to Los Angeles, I went to pay for groceries and found my credit card had been skimmed and someone had taken all my money.”

After being cast in the series, Eliza was “borrowing money from the cast and crew for the first month. I was ready to pack my bags: it was a nightmare.”

However, going through that experience has made her appreciate The 100 even more, and her relationships with the cast, crew, and fans.

“I get quite emotional when people say things like: ‘Your show helped me through a really hard time’ or ‘You saved my life…it’s really amazing.”

In the episode, “Shifting Sands”, Octavia wants to leads her people towards Shallow Valley, with the shortest route possible, against the advice of Clarke and Bellamy (Bob Morley).

Meanwhile, Kane (Henry Ian Cusick) and Abby (Paige Turco) adjust to a new set of challenges.

Eliza Taylor Opens Up About Clarke's Motherly Role on 'The 100'

The 100 premiere is just hours away and we’re getting even more excited after hearing Eliza Taylor talk more about how Clarke has changed over the six year time jump.

Speaking with Extra, the 28-year-old actress says Clarke is a “good mom. She’s stern with her [Madi] though, because Madi is cheeky, so she does really have to keep her in line and she’s a very fierce little thing.”

As for Madi, played by Lola Flannery, Eliza calls her a “little sidekick who she loves with all her heart.”

Showrunner Jason Rothenberg told TVLine recently that the premiere will center on “Clarke’s emotional journey over [the six-year time jump] really nicely.”

He adds, “We quickly understand why she’s so deeply bonded to [Madi]. I think Eliza is as good as it gets, and I’m excited for people to see her tour de force performance.”

“She’s obviously not a biological mother, but she has such an emotional connection to this child,” he continued about the duo’s relationship on the ground. “She now has a clan of one. In that way, everything has changed for her.”

The 100 premieres TONIGHT, April 24th @ 9PM ET/PT on The CW.
