Haim has been crazy busy lately promoting their new album, Something to Tell You, but they found time to cover pop princess Selena Gomez‘s “Bad Liar,” and you definitely need to find time to listen to it.
The three sisters, Este, Alana, and Danielle, played an airy, dream-like cover of the hit song for BBC Radio 1′s Live Lounge with their own makeshift percussion instruments.
While Selena and Haim have distinctly different sounds, the cover totally works, especially because Selena‘s “Bad Liar” has a distinctly ’70s vibe.

Danielle on their delayed return to the spotlight: “Well, we toured Days Are Gone for three years. Plus we wanted to just hunker down on songwriting and write the best songs possible.”
Este on ever wanting to stick up for Taylor on social media: “We can’t speak for anyone but ourselves.”
Alana on whether they were approached to play at One Love Manchester: “No, but we would have played. We totally would have. It was such a tragedy so, of course. We are taking it very seriously. Playing shows and being in venues, safety is absolutely first and foremost.”

The musical group – Danielle, 28, Este, 31, and Alana Haim, 25 – looked chic in their matching dresses for the big night at Hammerstein Ballroom on Monday (June 5) in New York City.

The 27-year-old “I Don’t Wanna Live Forever” singer posted a new photo to Instagram of her pals Haim‘s new single “Want You Back.”

“On. Repeat. Til. The. End. Of. Time???????????? @haimtheband,” Tay captioned the screenshot, which she stopped at exactly 13 seconds into the song as she normally does. (It’s her lucky number, after all!)
