We are just ONE WEEK away from the series premiere of Life Sentence, one week!!
In a brand new teaser trailer for the CW show starring Lucy Hale, her character Stella tells her family she no longer has cancer.
“I’m not in remission, I’m cured,” she says. The clip also features new footage from the show, including Lucy shedding tears in what is sure to be one of many scenes of her struggling to get a new grip on life.
Lucy Hale sheds a tear as she finds out she’s cured of cancer in the new Life Sentence teaser trailer.
The 28-year-old actress stars as Stella, who gets a second chance at life after battling terminal cancer for eight years, and now she must learn to live with all the choices she made when deciding to live like she was dying — like marrying a total stranger and finding out that her “perfect family” isn’t so perfect after all. Turns out, because she was dying, everyone in her life hid their problems from her.
Lucy Hale waves enthusiastically at the cameras she spotted while filming new scenes for her new show, Life Sentence, in Vancouver, Canada earlier this week.
The 28-year-old actress was joined by on-screen siblings Jayson Blair and Brooke Lyons.
Jayson Blair picks up Lucy Hale to twirl her around while filming at a dock in Vancouver, Canada, on Wednesday (October 11).
The two star as brother and sister on The CW’s upcoming Life Sentence and this is looking to be a little flashback when Lucy‘s character Stella was young.
The series will center on Stella, who has spent the last eight years living like she was dying (because she was). Just like the “manic pixie dream girl” heroines in her favorite sappy cancer movies, Stella traveled the world, faced her darkest fears and found true love on a whirlwind trip to Paris.
But when Stella finds out that her cancer has been cured, she is suddenly forced to face the long-term consequences of the “live in the moment” decisions she made, including marrying a total stranger.
Lucy Hale dolls up on the set of Life Sentence while filming new scenes for her upcoming CW series on Wednesday (September 6) in Vancouver, Canada.
The 28-year-old actress, who plays Stella in the series, was joined by on screen brother Jayson Blair and his girlfriend Claudia Lee, while heading to lunch.
