Cody Simpson is back home in Australia!

The 24-year-old musician was seen out at the pool on the Gold Coast, wearing just his green speedo on Wednesday (April 14). He was also seen chatting with Olympic medalist Emily Seebohm .

Cody is home Down Under as he preps for the Australian National Swimming Championships. The event will not be doubling as the Olympic trials, as those will be taking place in June.

He is registered in the 50/100 butterfly, and the 100 freestyle at the Swimming Championships. The event starts TODAY (April 14) and goes until Sunday (April 18).

Cody will be competing in the 100 freestyle on Friday, with the 100 butterfly on Saturday and the 50 butterfly on Sunday!

If you missed it, Cody revealed back in October that he had been putting in the hard work and actually qualified to compete in the Olympic trials.

Tom Holland showed off his hot shirtless body!

The 24-year-old actor posted a new photo with his trainer on Instagram story, where he put his ripped abs on full display.

“I never post sh-t like this but it’s our last day so f–k it. Thank you @duffygaver for making everything about his job better. Love you pal,” he captioned the pic. “Last session. No.72″

Tom has been in Atlanta filming the upcoming third Spider-Man movie since the end of October. If you missed it, the official title for the movie was recently revealed!

There have been some rumors regarding who will be appearing in the upcoming film, including the return of past Spider-Man actors Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield. Spider-Man 3 is rumored to be featuring a live action multi-verse!

The Biebers headed off for a vacation last weekend in Turks & Caicos!

Hailey and Justin were seen out at the beach last Sunday (March 21) on the Providenciales island.

Hailey donned a pink bikini while her hubby wore bright blue shorts. They were even seen sharing a kiss on their vacay.

While on their vacation, Hailey filmed a little video for a brand partnership.

“Looks like a gloss, feels like a balm 👄 love the @bareminerals Gloss-Balms #baremineralspartner,” she wrote.

The next day, the couple was seen back in Los Angeles at hotspot Nobu in Malibu.

Prior to their trip, Hailey and Justin were seen going out for lunch the Sunday before.

If you somehow missed it, Justin just dropped his new album Justice, and recently opened up when he came up with the hook to one of the songs.

Noah Beck shows off his shirtless body on one of the digital covers for VMAN magazine‘s New Rules issue!

The 19-year-old can also be seen wearing an eye makeup look, fishnets and heels. He was photographed by Damon Baker, with styling by Nicola Formichetti.

Noah also strips down to just his underwear in the photoshoot, which looks very similar to the set of photos that were released earlier this year by the same photographer.

His girlfriend Dixie D’Amelio commented, “im so lucky,” and “ur a f–king model.”

Nikita Dragun even thanked Noah, writing, “no, thank u !!” When fans replied to her comment, she clarified why she was thanking him.

“im saying THANK U to noah for being able to break gender norms it’s incredible… u read it wrong,” she said.

“I feel blessed to have been able to accomplish the things that I have so far, but I’m by no means complacent,” Noah shares in the magazine. “I want to push more into acting, continue to expand my platform, and grow my audience across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc. I want to work in any medium in which I can continue to entertain people and make them smile.”

The 23-year-old Riverdale star posed for photographer Christopher Sherman and was interviewed by his Songbird co-star Demi Moore.

On filming Songbird during the pandemic: I don’t know how it was for you, but I remember thinking the movie was either going to be really good or really bad, because of the condition of the world and how we were forced to shoot during COVID. You and all these amazing people were attached, and I was like, “F-ck it. Let’s try.”

On the late Luke Perry: Having Luke on the show was such a blessing for me. When I was first experiencing success, Luke had a way of just quashing it and being like, “You’re only as important as the PA sitting over there.” He knew everyone’s name. Sometimes people talk about our job as this really important thing, like no one else can do it. Luke had the ability to be like, “Step on your mark. Stay in line. Go home. Show up on time. Treat people with respect.” I loved that about him.

On leaving home at 18: The hardest part was not being with my mom and dad. As I get older, I’m trying to be less career-driven so it doesn’t consume my life. Every time I get a hiatus, it’s like, “Do I shoot a movie or do I spend time with my family?” When I’m older, I want to be able to be proud of the decisions that I’ve made now.

Grant Gustin is showing off his body transformation ahead of the season premiere of The Flash!

The 31-year-old actor shared a side-by-side comparison of how he looked in season six and how he looks now, and opened up about how anxiety and depression played a part in how he looked.

“A little progress report from last season to this season. About 7 months ago I finally decided to break my cycle of not taking care of myself as well as I should,” Grant wrote. “As many of you may know, I’ve had anxiety and sometimes depression for as long as I can remember. Over the last 7-10 years or so as I’ve been more of a ‘public figure’ and had a busier schedule, my anxiety only got worse. It has always had a terrible affect on my appetite and just motivation in general.”

“Covid and the time to just be alone with myself a lot more really helped kickstart wanting to be a better me,” he continued. “That’s included eating better(and more), working out, daily meditation, and just trying to be more present and happy with who I am. It’s honestly one of the reasons you’ve seen a lot less of me on social media. For me personally, spending a lot of time on here can be like a black hole. It’s not usually the best use of my time or the best thing for my mental health.”

“I will always be a work in progress, but I’m proud of myself for taking steps I wish I could’ve taken a long time ago to be a better version of myself physically and mentally – not only for myself but also for the people around me. All this to say, around episode 2 or 3 of season 7, Flash is gonna have a little bit of beef on his lanky frame. But more importantly I feel much happier and more present than I have in a long time.”

There is no doubt that Luke Dunphy is all grown up!

Modern Family‘s Nolan Gould showed off his hot, shirtless body earlier this week, and now we have even more photos.

The 22-year-old actor opened up to People about working on his physique and getting healthy.

“I’ve been working out an hour and a half everyday with my friend Michael who is a personal trainer. We have a really cool socially-distant setup that has allowed me to get fit while also being safe,” Nolan told the site. “It’s been nice. Especially being unemployed in quarantine, having a reason to get up and stay motivated. It’s been something that’s been very healthy and positive for me in quarantine. It’s really changed my outlook.”

Nolan also opened up about changing his diet and what he cut out.

“I’m eating so much healthier, even though there’s less of it,” he said. “What I get is actually really healthy food for you: lean protein, eating as many vegetables as you want and staying away from things like soda. Nourishing the mind, body, all that.”

“And actually, for me the biggest thing was cutting out alcohol, for me that’s actually been very nice,” Nolan continued. “I feel more clear-headed and have been doing as much writing as possible, being in acting class, taking all the steps I can so when the pandemic’s finally over, hopefully I’ll just be ready to go to work.”

This isn’t the first time Nolan has showed off his body. Back in December 2018, he shared a shirtless photo on Instagram while on vacation in Indonesia, then in June 2019, he posed for a magazine shoot.
