Shawn Mendes Named Artist of the Year at Billboard's Live Music Summit

Shawn Mendes took home a major award at Billboard’s Live Music Summit and Awards!

The 20-year-old musician stepped out at the award ceremony on Tuesday evening (November 13) at The Montage in Beverly Hills, Calif.

During the event, John was named Legend of Live while Shawn was given the first ever Artist of the Year award.

Earlier in the day, Shawn also took the stage to take part in a conversation with his manager Andrew Gertler about touring in the digital age.

“Those 20 seconds before going on stage, whatever is killing you that day for some reason just disappears,” Shawn said during the panel.
