Violett Beane Rocks Yellow Mini-Dress For 'Detective Pikachu' Premiere in NYC

Violett Beane stuns in a yellow mini dress at the premiere of Pokemon Detective Pikachu at held Military Island in Times Square on Thursday night (May 2) in New York City.

The 22-year-old God Friended Me star was spotted out earlier in the week, promoting her CBS series, which she will be returning to in the next season as Cara Bloom.

In Pokemon Detective Pikachu, ace detective Harry Goodman goes mysteriously missing, prompting his 21-year-old son, Tim, to find out what happened.

Aiding in the investigation is Harry’s former Pokémon partner, wise-cracking, adorable super-sleuth Detective Pikachu. Finding that they are uniquely equipped to work together, as Tim is the only human who can talk with Pikachu, they join forces to unravel the tangled mystery.

The flick hits theaters on May 10th.
