Nick Jonas took to Instagram on Saturday (July 18) to send his love to the actress on her 38th birthday.

“I could stare into your eyes forever. I love you baby,” the 27-year-old singer wrote along with the below photo. “You are the most thoughtful, caring and wonderful person I have ever met. I am so grateful we found one another. Happy birthday beautiful. 🎂”

Back in May, the couple celebrated the two-year anniversary of their first date.
