i’m only making this post because my time at the hospital has been a huge learning lesson in so many ways and i would like to share some of the things i learned with you guys.
- going through all of this has really opened my eyes to the things that matter, the people that care about you, the people that check up on you often, the importance of support from your loved ones, the incredible power of faith and God and prayer at times i thought i wasn’t gonna make it
- its also taught me the value of really taking care of yourself, like ACTUALLY taking care of ourselves. life can get busy and in the midst of all the chaos we tend to forget to care for ourselves and our well beings. it’s so important to make time to relax and not take life so seriously and try to be as stress-free as possible or else it’ll really reflect on your health.
- also if you’re ever feeling something, any weird symptoms, any pains in your body, anything that’s out of the ordinary for you. talk to someone about it. GET. IT. CHECKED. OUT. our health and body is the only one we have. and we shouldn’t neglect it.
life isn’t always all glitz and glam and i wanna be able to share the low moments too and hopefully inspire some of you from the things i’ve learned. to my loved ones (you know which ones you are) that have spent sleepless nights supporting me and being here for me and praying nonstop i wouldn’t have made it without you. i am so lucky and grateful.
please please please remember life is so short and it can go away in a blink of an eye. stress less, worry less, take good care of yourself, eat healthy, listen to your body, take time every day to relax and do things that make you happy. surround yourself with good happy energy and SMILEEE! laughter, peace, love and happiness are the best medicine!!”
