Abigail Breslin Brings 'Stillwater' To Cannes Film Festival with Matt Damon & More

Abigail Breslin goes floral while attending the Stillwater photo call at the 2021 Cannes Film Festival on Friday (July 9) in Cannes, France.

The 25-year-old actress was joined by her co-stars Matt Damon, Camille Cottin and Lilou Siauvaud, as well as their director Tom McCarthy.

Also that day, the cast and director talked up the upcoming film at a press conference.

The night before, they all stepped out in full glam for the movie’s festival premiere.

Stillwater follows an American oil-rig roughneck (Damon) from Oklahoma who travels to Marseille to visit his estranged daughter (Breslin), in prison for a murder she claims she did not commit. Confronted with language barriers, cultural differences, and a complicated legal system, Bill builds a new life for himself in France as he makes it his personal mission to exonerate his daughter.
