Stella & Wes Are About to Be Your New Fave TV Couple in New 'Life Sentence' Promo

There’s a spotlight on Stella and Wes’ relationship in the new Life Sentence promo and we are here for it!

The new teaser shows fans that Stella (Lucy Hale) really has no idea who she is after she finds out that her cancer is gone — and Wes (Elliot Knight) is going to be right by her side as she figures it out.

Life Sentence centers on Stella, who finds out her terminal cancer is cured, and now she must learn to live with all the choices she made when deciding to live like she was dying — like marrying a total stranger and finding out that her “perfect family” isn’t so perfect after all.

Turns out, because she was dying, everyone in her life hid their problems from her.

The series premieres on Wednesday, March 7th on The CW.
