Bella Thorne steps out in a gunmetal slip dress for the opening night gala of the 2019 Oldenburg International Film Festival in Germany on Wednesday evening (September 11).

The 21-year-old actress and filmmaker was joined on the red carpet by her musician boyfriend, Benjamin Mascolo.
