Adelaide Kane on Once Upon A Time’s Drizella: Don’t Trust Her!

For weeks, we've had a chance to see Adelaide Kane shine as Drizella on Once Upon A Time -- we love everything about her not-so-good and manipulative evil character.

However, do we trust her on the ABC series? No. Absolutely not, and Adelaide doesn't think you should either.

"I probably wouldn't [trust anything she says], but then I wouldn't have trusted her before I knew she was awake," she shared with EW recently. "But I do think that she's not one-dimensional."

Adelaide adds that all of Drizella's pain does come from somewhere and we have a feeling it's directly from her mom not giving a care in the world about her.

"This motivation isn't just coming out of thin air, nobody's evil for the sake of being evil," she says.

Adelaide does think she knows what Drizella's goal is though -- to get "vengeance against her mother for not loving her."

Sounds about right, to be honest.

"I think that's ultimately what she thinks she wants," she adds. "Then I think what she really wants is to be loved and to be happy and she's going about it the wrong way. That's the example she's grown up with. That's all she knows."

Did Adelaide Kane’s Drizella Cast The Curse on ‘Once Upon a Time’?

If you're just catching up, there was a major twist on Once Upon a Time last week -- Drizella is AWAKE!

Adelaide Kane spoke to EW ahead of tonight's episode and opened up about how much she knows about the curse and if Drizella was really the one behind casting it.

First things first, Adelaide didn't know Drizella was awake at all!

"I probably would've approached the previous episodes a little differently [if I had known], but I'm kind of glad I didn't because it gives me a really wide range of what's she putting on and what isn't she putting on, like what from the last four episodes was actually genuine and then what was just an act?" Adelaide shares.

"Was it all an act? Were there moments of real genuine emotion and feeling and backstory there or has she just been full of sh— this entire time?"

But did Drizella actually cast the curse? Adelaide isn't fully confident in that theory and is putting her money on someone else.

"I think it would be really satisfying if Ivy were the one who cast the curse just because she is so downtrodden and angry and unhappy," she says. "But you know who really has a lot of power in either world? It's her mother."

"Her mother has all the power and all the control and keeps her on a really tight leash, so she'd have to be a lot smarter than anybody gives her credit for to be able to pull that off underneath everybody's nose."

Once Upon a Time airs TONIGHT @ 8PM ET/PT on ABC.

Adelaide Kane’s Ivy Might Be Putting the Moves on Henry on ‘Once Upon A Time’

If you missed last week's Once Upon a Time, you might want to head to another story because we're about to reveal some troubling news about Henry and Cinderella's meant-to-be fate.

Ivy (Adelaide Kane) might be getting in the way.

Showrunner Eddy Kitsis teased that fans should be worried about Ivy getting close to Henry (Andrew J. West).

"Henry is a really great guy and Ivy clearly spoke to him," he says. "The Henry we've met believes he's lost his family, things are weird with Jacinda, and I think that Ivy said she has less baggage."

He adds, "We're just going to have to see what happens moving forward. Henry very much right now has a crush on Jacinda, but he's not quite sure what that means and is dealing with these cursed memories. Ivy is there to try and exploit that."

So, is Ivy really looking for a relationship, or is she just there to distract Henry from Jacinda/Cinderella like her mom would want?

Once Upon a Time airs TONIGHT @ 8PM ET/PT on ABC.

Adelaide Kane Reveals The One Thing She Still Wears From ‘Reign’

Can you believe it's been almost five months since the end of Reign? No? Us either.

To be honest, we're still watching the series over and over again because we can't let it go, and lately we've been obsessing over the jewelry that star Adelaide Kane wears.

In a new interview, she revealed that she actually got to keep some of the jewelry she wore as Mary, Queen of Scots -- a pair of black and white moon and sun earrings, made by Percossi Papi.

"I wear them every now and again. They're so big and heavy I have to pick my battles with them," Adelaide says. "After 4 or 5 hours my earlobes will fall off."

However the one item she really did want was the one she didn't get -- an Alexander McQueen black sheath dress with a keyhole and gold collar, which she wore in season two.

"I wanted that dress with all my heart," Adelaide confesses.

Henry Tries To Get Close to Ivy on Tonight’s ‘Once Upon A Time’

Ivy doesn't really seem like an approachable person on Once Upon a Time...that until Henry tries it out.

Adelaide Kane spoke to EW about tonight's episode and how Henry (Andrew J. West) reaches out to see just why Ivy is the way she is.

"No one's ever really taken the time or come close enough to actually ask her how she's doing or try and see something more than this façade she puts on to hide all of her pain," Adelaide shared.

She adds, "Henry's just the first person, and I would say probably the first man, who is gentle with her, asks some difficult questions, and takes a genuine interest in her feelings, in her life and what her experience is for her."

"He tries to find out maybe a little bit why she is the way she is, why she is so nasty and petty because people aren't just born like that."

Once Upon a Time airs TONIGHT @ 8PM ET/PT on ABC.

Adelaide Kane Previews Drizella’s ‘Sibling Rivalry’ with Anastasia on ‘Once Upon a Time’

If you've been watching Once Upon A Time's new season, you know that Drizella's sister, Anastasia, died when she was a child.

While it's something that Lady Tremaine fully blames Cinderella for, the matriarch has been taking out her sadness and anger on Drizella too.

Adelaide Kane spoke to EW recently about the sibling rivalry that existed between the sisters.

"While Ivy probably mourned her sister, there was always sibling rivalry that Ivy could never quite match up to, even as hard as she tried," she shared. "Besides the grief of losing a sister, I think probably initially she felt some sense of relief that she no longer had this competition and that perhaps maybe she could finally win the approval and the love of her mother that she was never able to have."

Adelaide adds, "It might have backfired on her a little bit in that now she gets the brunt of Victoria's grief and disdain and hatred."

"She's caught a lot of the emotional blowback from that death, but there seems to be possible hinting at something deeper than just a sibling rivalry between Drizella and Anastasia, but I don't know what it is yet. I'm really curious to find out if there are like really odd circumstances surrounding that death."

We'll be finding out more details surrounding Anastasia's death in the coming episodes.
