Asher Angel is spilling some deets on his upcoming EP!
The 17-year-old actor and singer just released his latest single “Chills” and is already dishing on what’s next, including what track his girlfriend Annie LeBlanc can’t wait for.
“It’s called ‘Guilty’, and it’s like her favorite song on the EP. She’s like, ‘When are you going to release it?’” he said on the Zach Sang Show.
He also added that she’s really excited for that song to be released and “she thinks it’s all really cool. She’s excited, very supportive.”
Asher revealed that he has another song coming out called “Burned In My Blood”, before the EP is released.
“Like you have that special girl and she’s burned into your blood. Like the love of your life, she’s always gonna be with you,” he said about the meaning of that song.
“The song came to me and it really just connected with me, it really resonated with me. I thought it was cool, I just thought that kids and teenagers feel like that,†Asher told J-14 of the song, which is about meeting your soulmate.
He continued, “It was cool because prior to doing ‘Chills’ we had a [different] song locked in for the single. It’s crazy because we were like, ‘We have the next single, this can wait,’ and I was like, ‘No. I love this song. It connects with fans, they’ll love it. Let’s try it.’ So I went in and recorded it. It was a great session and I felt really happy about it…It really connected with me — there’s certain times in my life where I feel like that!”
After the release, Asher got some support from girlfriend Annie LeBlanc!
“I just wanted to say that Asher‘s new song ‘Chills’ just dropped, which is so exciting and I’m so insanely proud of you, Asher. You work so hard and I hope everybody goes and listens to it right now,” Annie said on her Instagram story.
“Chills” is now available for streaming or download on all digital platforms.

The 16-year-old singer and actor went on Build Series on Tuesday (January 14) to chat about his upcoming single “Chills” and also talked about his girlfriend.
“I just feel like she knows me. I feel like I don’t really remember what my life, and I feel like everyone says this when you’re in love, but it’s like you don’t really remember what your life was like before that person came along,” he said. “I feel like she just gets me and understands me. I feel like I found myself too. And the music process too, made it easier.”
He even got some ideas from the audience for their upcoming one year anniversary.
