Sad news for fans of Ashley Tisdale‘s makeup line…

The Carol’s Second Act actress announced that she is closing down her cosmetic company Illuminate Cosmetics.

Ashley‘s reasoning is that she is too busy with her film and television career to be able to focus on the cosmetics, and she has lost her passion for it.

“Hey guys! I’m so sorry for the sad news but I will be shutting down illuminate cosmetics, it’s been quite a journey and I thank all of my customers and supporters for coming a long the ride,” she wrote in an Instagram post.

“It started 4 years ago and as you all know I’ve been trying to run it alone and with my tv shows and movies I just haven’t been able to give illuminate the focus it has needed,” Ashley continued. “I won’t call this a failure as I have learned so much with taking over the company.”

“I will just say that with the overwhelming market in makeup I just lost my passion for Illuminate. I came into makeup early on but now that everyone is jumping into it I feel it’s my time to step out,” she added. “Don’t worry this isn’t the end to me being creative, it’s just the end for this brand in particular. I love you guys x”

Ashley Tisdale is spilling her secret to her flawless skin!

The 34-year-old actress revealed that it doesn’t have to do with the products she uses but more to do with the foods she eats.

Ashley took to her Instagram to share how her skin has changed since going dairy-free.

“Skin never looked so good ✨ I would love to say it’s just the products I use but I’ve been dairy free for 5 years and I swear it changed everything with my skin. I barely break out, I know it’s hard to give up something but when you do after awhile you barely crave it and I feel healthier,” Ashley wrote.

Something went wrong when Ashley Tisdale was making her latest TikTok!

The 34-year-old actress was attempting to perform a dance to her High School Musical hit “Fabulous” when she realized it wasn’t her song at all!

As Ashley began to show off her moves, a cover of the original song by Hiper Musical High School started playing.

“Who the f**k is that?” Ashley jokingly mouthed as she got closer to the phone to see the song.

While Ashley didn’t get to finish her dance, she has reenacted some other HSM scenes on TikTok! Check them out!

Ashley Tisdale seems to be on good terms with Austin Butler, following his split from her BFF Vanessa Hudgens.

The 34-year-old actress took to Instagram to leave a comment for Austin on the first post he’s made since the breakup.

Ashley left, “🔥🔥🔥” under the new pic, which features Austin in a pink Prada outfit while standing in a door frame.

This isn’t the first time Ashley has publicly supported Austin post-split though! Last month, she gave Austin a shout out on her Instagram story after Brad Pitt mentioned him in a SAG Awards acceptance speech.

“That moment when Brad Pitt is accepting his award and mentions your friend Austin Butler. I’m like I’ve known him since he was 15! Proud friend,” Ashley wrote.

We hope this all means that Austin and Vanessa are still on good terms too!

It’s official – Ashley Tisdale loves us.

One day after we binged the High School Musical franchise, after watching the Disney+ series, she blessed us with a brilliant new TikTok recreating one of our favorite scenes.

Wearing a pair of pink sunglasses (very reminiscent of Sharpay Evans), Ashley turned to Carol’s Second Act co-star Adam Rose to play the role of Zeke.

“Troy Bolton is not in my show,” Ash lip synced to start off the scene, before ending it with the best line in the whole franchise: “Evaporate, tall person!”

Ashley Tisdale is spilling all the tea!

In a new video, the Merry Happy Whatever actress dished on kissing Zac Efron, the Sprouse twins and more.

Ashley was asked which Disney movie or franchise was her least favorite and she answered Star Wars.

“I’m just not a Star Wars fan. When I was younger, I tried watching it and I fell asleep. I haven’t tried watching it since,” she said.

She was also asked which Sprouse twin – Cole or Dylan – she would take if she was stuck on a deserted, remote island for three weeks.

“You know, they’re both like my little brothers… You know who texts me back all the time? Dylan Sprouse. He’s the one who texts me back. Cole, sometimes silence, so I’m taking Dylan. That’s for just ghosting on me Cole,” Ashley said.

And finally, Ashley had to spill the deets on her worst on screen kiss, and it was with Zac!

“I had to kiss Zac Efron on The Suite Life of Zach and Cody, and it’s the worst because I’m so close to him and he’s like my brother. At the time, he was used to acting on Warner Bros, which is The CW, and we were on Disney Channel, and he tried kissing me with his tongue, and I was like, ‘Get away from me!’ I closed my mouth so fast. I was like, ‘This is Disney Channel! We don’t kiss like that on Disney Channel!’” Ashley shared. “It’s just weird when you’re so close to somebody. We had already done [High School Musical], I had known him for years before. That is why it was the worst. We are just too close.”

Ashley Tisdale made her husband Christopher French watch High School Musical for the first time ever!

The High School Musical star showed off the musician’s reaction in a series of videos in her Instagram Stories on Friday (December 27).

“Does anybody know what this is? Because I’m subjecting my husband to watch it,” she says. “He’s never seen any of them.”

When Ashley asks if Christopher French would have dated her during her Sharpay days, they both laughed. Ashley captioned the clip, “Sharpay not your type babe?”

She also asked whether or not he would have watched the HSM films when he was younger, to which he replied, “Probably not.” Ashley TIsdale then said, “Not your cup of tea? You were doing some other crazy stuff in high school?”

“LAME. He wasn’t cool enough,” she captioned that clip.

She also asked him, “Isn’t my tankini sexy, honey?” and wrote, “On Disney we ear tankinis not biknis.”
