The 13-year-old School of Rock star opened up about her family life in the Spotlight Cover feature.
“Yes, my entire family is pretty musical actually, so my interest in music came naturally because I was surrounded by it!,” she dished. “We love having karaoke nights, where we all just have fun and sing. My dad plays both piano and guitar too, it’s always fun jamming out with him.”
The Liv and Maddie star bumped into Miley Cyrus‘s little sis, Noah, who’s hitting the award scene solo and in style as she launches her own music career!
They aren’t the only two stars whose worlds collided unexpectedly.
Disney Channel’s Laura Marano and Nickelodeon’s Breanna Yde proved that the teen scene is one big happy family.
Dancer and author Maddie Ziegler posed with Nat Wolff, who both costar in the animated film Leap.

The School of Rock star carrying a shiny Spongebob Squarepants purse with her on the orange carpet at the Kids’ Choice Awards in Los Angeles today (March 11).
In the special, the four Nickelodeon stars plus Jace Norman, Lizzy Greene and Casey Simpson, are all invited to Cupid’s headquarters for a VIP tour – what they find instead is an evil cupid determined to taking down the most loveable day of the year.
The Not So Valentine’s Special airs Sunday, February 12 @ 7PM ET/PT on Nickelodeon.
The three School of Rock stars teamed up with Nickelodeon and NFL players DeMarcus Ware, Wes Welker, Andre Johnson, LaDainian Tomlinson, and Drew Brees for a cool Superstar Slime Showdown event in Houston, Texas, to celebrate the annual sporting event happening this weekend.
Breanna, Ricardo and Jade all worked with the athletes to accomplish certain tasks and it looks like Ricardo was the only one who actually got slimed!
