'Charmed' Is Losing a Lead Actress After 3 Seasons - Read Their Statement!

One Charmed star is leaving the show after three seasons!

It was just announced on Monday morning (July 19) that the power of three is no more on the CW reboot.

Sarah Jeffery, Madeleine Mantock and Melonie Diaz have been portraying the Charmed ones since the show came back in 2018, but one of them is moving on.

The CW Reveals Spring Premiere Dates For 'Legends of Tomorrow,' 'Republic of Sarah' & More!

The CW has just revealed some midseason premiere dates!

It was announced that DC’s Legends of Tomorrow, In The Dark and Dynasty will all return with new seasons this May.

Legends will premiere it’s upcoming sixth season on Sunday, May 2nd, at 8pm ET/PT. Batwoman will be move back to 9pm.

Dynasty will be returning on Friday, May 7th, at 9pm ET/PT, following a new episode of Charmed in it’s new 8pm time slot on Fridays.

In The Dark season three premieres on Wednesday, June 9th at 9pm ET/PT.

New shows Kung Fu and The Republic of Sarah have also been given premiere dates.

Kung Fu will begin on Wednesday, April 7th at 8pm ET/PT, taking over for Riverdale, which will go on a pre-planned hiatus until July 7th.

The Republic of Sarah premieres on Monday, June 14th at 9pm ET/PT after a new episode of All American.

All episodes will of course be available to stream on The CW app the next day.

We are still waiting on the premiere date for the final season of Supergirl.

The CW Has Already Renewed 'Walker,' 'Riverdale' & 10 Other Shows!

The CW is issuing early renewals to many of it’s series!

The network just announced that 12 shows will be back for new seasons, according to Variety.

Among the early renewals include new show Walker, as well as Riverdale, The Flash, Legacies, Batwoman, Charmed, DC’s Legends of Tomorrow, Nancy Drew, Roswell, New Mexico, In The Dark, Dynasty, and All American.

DC’s Legends of Tomorrow, Roswell, New Mexico, In The Dark and Dynasty have yet to premiere their new seasons on the network.

“Though we’re just a few weeks into the new season, we wanted to get a strategic head start on next season with these early renewals, which allows our production teams to start laying out story arcs and hiring staff, and at the same time, continues to provide us with a strong, stable schedule to build on for next season,” CW President Mark Pedowitz said in a statement.

“As The CW’s 2020-2021 season kicks into high gear, we are thrilled creatively with the direction of our first new shows out of the gate, Walker and Superman & Lois, that we wanted to order the additional episodes to complete their first seasons, and we are particularly pleased with the huge success of the launch of Walker, which debuted as our most watched series premiere in 5 years.”

The CW has also ordered five more episodes for Walker‘s current first season, and two more episodes of Superman & Lois, which premieres later this month.

'Charmed' Season 3 Premiere Episode Synopsis Revealed!

The Charmed Ones are back in just less than two weeks!!

The third season of Charmed is returning with stars Sarah Jeffery, Madeleine Mantock, Melonie Diaz and Rupert Evans.

In the premiere episode, “An Inconvenient Truth,” the Charmed Ones’ lives are in jeopardy as The Faction closes in. Macy and Harry struggle to define their relationship.

Charmed season three will premiere on Sunday, January 24th, at 9pm ET/PT following an all new episode of Batwoman.

If you missed the big news, it was revealed back in November that the series has cast it’s first transgender character in a new, recurring role for the upcoming season. Get more info on who was cast and about the character!

Back in October, Sarah spoke out on Twitter after original Charmed stars talked down on the reboot once again.

JJ Hawkins Cast As Charmed's First Transgender Character!

JJ Hawkins is making history!

The trans actor, who goes by he/him and they/them pronouns, is set to play the first ever transgender character on The CW’s Charmed, Deadline reports.

JJ will play the first transgender character on either iteration of the Charmed series. He has been cast in the “recurring role of Kevin, a transgender male college student who inspires one of the Charmed Ones to take on a very formidable opponent.”

“Tfw 2020 isn’t all bad news 💙🤍💖,” he shared with the news on Instagram.

One of the show’s stars, Sarah Jeffery, shared her support by commenting, “!!!! ❤️❤️❤️”

JJ has previously appeared on multiple CBS series, including All Rise, NCIS, Criminal Minds and The Red Line.

The CW Sets Premiere Dates For 'Riverdale,' 'The Flash,' & More!

The CW has just announced the premiere dates for many of it’s shows!

Returning in January 2021 include Riverdale, Batwoman, Nancy Drew, All American, Walker, Legacies and Charmed.

Shows premiering in February include Black Lightning, The Flash and Superman & Lois.

The CW has also picked up Canadian series Trickster, and it will debut January 12th, with Joel Oulette as Jared, an Indigenous teen struggling to keep his dysfunctional family above water. When he starts seeing strange things — talking ravens, doppelgängers, skin monsters — his already chaotic life is turned upside down.

Other new shows of course include Jared Padelecki‘s Walker, Texas Ranger reboot, Walker, as well as new DC series Superman & Lois.
