Lili Reinhart just gave an extremely vulnerable interview where she seemed to discuss the aftermath of her split from Cole Sprouse.
“The last couple of months have probably [been] the most emotional few months of my entire life and my therapist [told] me, ‘Your body’s going through withdrawal from love/ ‘You’re used to having this exchange of happy chemicals between you and the person that you’re with.’ In moments of my life, I have dropped every ounce of pride that I had just to be like, Love me. Please take the pain away for a day, a second, an hour, just so I can feel that fix again,” Lili shared in her interview with Refinery29.
“This has been the first time in four years where I’ve been able to like stop and process the immense life changes that I’ve gone through…[I felt like a] black tunnel [that] was never going to end…I couldn’t see the light. I was like, I feel like I’m dying. It was f*cking rough, and there’s no other way through it than just through it. I’ve seen a lot of people when it comes to heartache and grief and breakups, and they try to get that void filled with sex, with coke, with food, with drinking, [but] the void is still there. I took the road less traveled and just dealt with my sh*t. I had to face my own pain head-on.â€
Lili also spoke about her new collection of poems, “Swimming Lessons,” being released next month. “I felt the need to write that because I was scared — and I am scared — that people are going to try and create their own idea of what my love life looked or looks like. I’m not saying, My boyfriend f*cked another woman. I’m saying, I felt betrayed.â€

Ashley Tisdale is wishing her former co-stars and friends Cole and Dylan Sprouse a “Happy 28th Birthday”!
The actress and singer shared a photo of them from The Suite Life of Zack & Cody, then the latest photo of all three of them from 2015.
“They were always really cute boys… (although they used to annoy the sh-t out of me when they would poke me on set and say ‘period’ Bc they knew I was PMS-ing [eyeroll] but what are little brothers for),” she wrote with the first pic on Instagram story.
“And then they turned into HOT guys! Even though you’re getting older and now taller than me (never thought that would happen) you’ll always be my little brothers. I love you both,” she said with the second.
Ashley has previously dished on the boys growing up to be “very good looking.”

Cole Sprouse is back from his time in Tulum, Mexico!
The 27-year-old Riverdale star took some time away to step back and focus on his mental health.
Cole shared his reflections in a new post on Instagram, his first in a month.
“Know I’ve been off of social media for a while. Decided to take a much needed mental health break,” Cole wrote. “I’ve never been the most active user of social media, but even the minor amount I had been engaging during quarantine had become a bit too taxing.”
“Work is slowly beginning to pick back up within a new normal. And as someone who has only ever really known work their entire life, I found that I’m best on a schedule,” he continued. “Knowing when to step away like I did in college, and when to re-engage is a fundamental skill for any young performer. Take your breaks. Mental and physical health always come first.”
“In time we’ll all be able to see more clearly what this pandemic actually is- a massive global trauma. The effects of which have, in no small way, been encouraged tremendously by the failings of the US,” Cole added. “We’re in the midst of a huge election, and I encourage everyone here in the United States to deeply consider our “modern†medical health care system. I’ll be more active soon my sweet little babies~”

Last month, Cole and his ex-girlfriend Lili Reinhart both spoke out in response to accusations of sexual misconduct that surfaced on Twitter. At the time, several other celebrities were falsely accused as well.
Cole has been spending a lot of time with his Riverdale co-stars while on a break from their show.

Riverdale co-stars Lili Reinhart and Cole Sprouse are both speaking out about allegations made against them.
Cole, 27, was accused by an anonymous Twitter account that seems to have been created just to send out a few tweets accusing him.
“Earlier today myself and three other cast mates were falsely accused of sexual offense by anonymous accounts on twitter. I take these accusations very seriously, and will be working with the right teams to get to the root of it,” Cole tweeted.
Meanwhile, his ex Lili quote tweeted Cole‘s series of tweets to speak out as well.
“I have always taken sexual assault allegations seriously. But it was proven that this account was created specifically to create false stories about me and my cast. I can’t think of something more twisted than lying about sexual assault. It invalidates the men and women who are,” Lili posted.

It’s been a while since the Riverdale set has been active, but the cast has been sticking close while waiting to resume filming!
Cole Sprouse, KJ Apa, and Madelaine Petsch were spotted out for dinner with a group of friends on Friday night (June 19) at an outdoor restaurant in Silver Lake, Calif.

Last weekend, Cole was spotted at dinner with Madelaine and some other celeb friends as well.
Earlier this week, KJ spoke out after he was criticized for not posting about the Blake Lives Matter movement. He expressed that he does support the movement, but doesn’t feel he needs to post about his opinions and beliefs on social media.

Madelaine Petsch sits next to Cole Sprouse while out at a dinner with friends in Los Angeles on Saturday night (June 13).
The two Riverdale stars were spotted hanging with a few other pals, including sisters Rainey and Margaret Qualley at the local restaurant.

After dinner, Cole was spotted hugging it out with Margaret before the quartet parted ways to head back to their homes.
Earlier in the month, Cole, Madelaine and Margaret were also seen out at a Black Lives Matter protest with a few other of their celeb friends, Cara Delevingne and Kaia Gerber.
If you didn’t see, Cole recalled his experience at a protest, where he ended up being arrested.
