Billie Eilish is opening up about her switch to blonde hair during her interview on The Ellen DeGeneres Show.
The 19-year-old Grammy winner was a surprise guest on the talk show’s episode, airing on Tuesday (May 11), and she first popped up in the virtual audience.
Ellen asked Billie about her decision to go blonde this year and the singer revealed what inspired her to make the big change.

Demi Lovato is opening up more about why she cut her hair so short late last year.
The 28-year-old entertainer made an appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show airing Monday afternoon (February 22) to promote her upcoming docu-series Dancing With The Devil, and her latest song “What Other People Say” with Sam Fischer.
During her solo interview, Demi shared that her short hair feels more authentic and more like herself.
“I feel so free. I feel more authentic to who I am. I also feel like I used to hide behind my hair,” she said. “I’ve talked a lot about my past and being in recovery from an eating disorder. I used to use my hair to hide behind. It would cover my body. So when I started doing all this work on myself, I thought, ‘What is something that I’ve been holding onto my whole life that I need to let go of?’ And it was that. I feel more myself now.â€
Demi previously opened up about the change while chatting with Kesha, and said it was more spiritual and emotional than just needing a change.

Justin Bieber is the latest guest on The Ellen DeGeneres Show and you can watch his interview here right now before it airs on Tuesday (December 1).
The 26-year-old singer chatted with Ellen about his new look and he is growing his hair out to look like Brad Pitt in the movie Legends of the Fall.
Justin also talked about having kids with Hailey Bieber one day and how she doesn’t want him to get more neck tattoos. The young star revealed that he is saving space on his back to get tattoos for his kids, once he becomes a father.
“I’m going to have as many [kids] as Hailey is wishing to push out,” Justin said. “I’d love to have myself a little tribe. But, it’s her body and whatever she wants to do… I think she wants to have a few. At least two or three.”
Justin says that he and Hailey are waiting to have kids until she achieves some goals in her career.
“I think Hailey still has some things she wants to accomplish as a woman and I think she is just not ready yet. And I think that’s okay,” he said.

Ellen DeGeneres is spreading some joy during these difficult times!
The talk show host has made her super popular game Heads Up! available for free in the app store.
“We’re making ‘Heads Up!’ a free download while we’re all sheltering in place! And please tell me you are all sheltering in place. I care about you and want you safe,” Ellen wrote on Twitter.

The 26-year-old “Yummy” singer joined Usher for a special game on The Ellen DeGeneres Show on Wednesday (March 4).

During a game of “Spill the Tea,” Justin and Usher participated with audience members in a game where Ellen had to guess which secrets belong to each player, including “I accidentally sexted my Dad” and “I kissed Bono.” But which one is which?

Justin Bieber is answering all of Ellen DeGeneres‘ burning questions in a surprise appearance on the talk show.
The 26-year-old singer was asked what he does that annoys his wife Hailey Bieber the most.
“When I’m constantly singing around the house. She likes it, but then there’s a point… I don’t know, I feel like she loves me regardless of anything I do, but…” Justin said.
Ellen then chimed in and said, “Singing around the house is not annoying, Justin. People pay for that!”
Another thing that Ellen asked was what Hailey‘s pet name for him is and he said, “She calls me a bunch of weird things. She calls me ‘goo-goo,’ which is kind of weird, but I like it. She’s got me wrapped around her finger pretty much.”
When Ellen asked how many kids Justin wants to have, he said, “I think it’s up to Hailey because it’s her body.”
KJ Apa is the latest victim to get scared by Ellen DeGeneres!
The 22-year-old Riverdale star made his first appearance on The Ellen Show and got a big surprise by his own character.
During his appearance, KJ opened up about being mistaken as an Australian, but he’s of course from New Zealand. He also surprised a bunch of unsuspecting fans!
Ellen also asked about the birthday video he sent her, where he flashes his bum. He explained what he was thinking and how he decided to show off his behind for the birthday shout out.
