The Young & Hungry series is TONIGHT and we are beyond sad!!

Three of the stars of the show – Emily Osment, Jonathan Sadowski, and Aimee Carrero – have taken to social media to reflect on the show and share their thanks for the support over the years.

“Tonight we close the book on Young and Hungry. This one goes out to you, chicken fries Sadowski,” Emily wrote. “I will miss watching you eat Italian wedding soup in your Black Hawks jersey. (go Kings) We danced we sang we partied we laughed we cried we fought and we smooched too many times to remember, it was all sweet but it was the “we” that made it a dream. Thank you for watching all these years. Goodnight fam. Love, Gabi. Two part series finale tonight at 8pm on Freeform. ❤️”

“5 seasons. 71 episodes. 71 times we got to take a bow in front of our fans. Tonight, it breaks my heart to know this is goodbye. Emily Osment Wasn't As Happy As She Looked During Filming the Final Season of 'Young & Hungry'

Emily Osment always seems like the happiest, kindest person ever, and we’re positive that it’s true.

However, the Young & Hungry star just admitted to fans on social media that she wasn’t the happiest while filming the final episodes of the Freeform series – and the show being cancelled wasn’t the reason at all.

It actually had to do with her mental health, and just goes to prove that you never, ever know what a person is going through. The final episodes were filmed over a year ago.

“Special shout out to mental health,” she wrote on Twitter last night. “Your own sanity is so much more important than anything else.”

Emily added, “Weird seeing this season’s young and hungry from over a year ago when I was 20lbs heavier and deeply sad. Get yourself right. Get yourself first. It all falls in line.”

Looks like Emily is feeling much, much better than she was before and it’s all because she put herself first.
