Emily Tosta Reacts To Fan Reactions For 'Party of Five' Reboot

Emily Tosta is a bit overwhelmed by all the fan reactions to her new series, Party of Five.

If you don’t know, you can stream the first episode now on Hulu and fans have been doing just that, and letting the cast know just how much they loved it.

“Ready the responses about our early release of episode 1 on hulu makes me so happy,” she wrote on her Instagram Stories. “Thank you all so so much for the love and support!! This is just the beginning. you are in for one heck of a season.”

“It’s something that’s happening, especially in this country, on a daily basis,” Emily shared in a recent interview about the show. “We hope to deliver a message of love, unity and strength. Especially understanding that families cannot be broken by borders.”

Party of Five, a reimagining of the original 1994-2000 series, will debut on Freeform on Wednesday, January 8th @ 8PM ET/PT.

The Party of Five cast is freaking out right now after seeing the huge billboard for their show in Times Square.

Brandon Larracuente, Emily Tosta and Elle Paris Legaspi all took to social media reacting to the giant poster.

“Time. Freaking. Square.” Brandon posted along with the image of the billboard.

Elle added, “Wow! Never in a million years did I think I would be in Times Square. This is literally a dream come true and I wouldn’t choose to be with anybody else other than these lovely people ❤️”

“this is so surreal. our faces at times square. i can’t breathe😭❤️ so beyond blessed!! AHH WHATS HAPPENING,” Emily wrote.

The billboard features two sides, with the parents on one side, and the kids on the other, showing how the family is broken apart and living in separate countries.

The series centers on the five Acosta children – Emilio, Lucia, Beto, Valentina and baby Rafa – as they navigate daily life struggles to survive as a family unit after their parents are suddenly deported to Mexico.

Party of Five premieres on January 8th, 2020 on Freeform.

Emily Tosta serves up a plate of food while working and serving at the Los Angeles Mission’s Thanksgiving For The Homeless event held at Los Angeles Mission on Wednesday afternoon (November 27) in Los Angeles.

The Party of Five actress served up meals alongside The Rocketeer‘s Kitana Turnbull, and mixed-ish‘s Mykal-Michelle Harris, among many others.

The event usually serves over 3,000 pounds of turkey and full meals to those experiencing homelessness in the city. The event also hands out around 1,400 blankets and 1,200 tarps in preparation for the colder winter months.

Emily Tosta & 'Party of Five' Cast Step Out For Tribeca TV Festival 2019

The cast of the Party of Five reboot is back together for the 2019 Tribeca TV Festival!

The co-stars – Emily Tosta, Niko Guardado, Elle Paris Legaspi and Brandon Larracuente – stepped out for a screening of the show on Saturday (September 14) at Regal Battery Park Cinemas in New York City.

During the panel discussion, Emily opened up about why it wasn’t difficult to connect with her character, who must deal with the loss of her parents after they are suddenly deported to Mexico.

“I came here when I was 12 from the Dominican Republic. It took a lot of struggle, it took a lot of acceptance from other people…I could pull a lot from that,” Emily said (via Deadline).
