While some of the actors have already finished filming, production on Riverdale season five has officially wrapped!
Showrunner Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa shared the news with a cast photo on his Instagram account.

'Riverdale' Debuts New Cast Poster With New Series Regulars & First Photos Post Time Jump!
Riverdale just got a brand new poster!
We didn’t get much of new promotional material when season five started as the first few episodes were wrapping up the season four storyline.
Now, the new poster is out, and it features all of the stars – KJ Apa, Cole Sprouse, Lili Reinhart, Camila Mendes, Vanessa Morgan, Madelaine Petsch, Casey Cott and Charles Melton – but it also features a couple of new series regulars, Drew Ray Tanner, who we of course have grown to love on the show as Fangs Fogarty, as well as Erinn Westbrook, who has joined the show as new character, Tabitha Tate.
In addition, now that the graduation episode has aired, we are getting our first look at the cast seven years into the future!
Here’s a synopsis of the first time jump episode: After spending seven years away from Riverdale, Archie returns to find the town is now under Hiram Lodge’s grip and on the verge of becoming a ghost town. When Toni catches him up on what’s been going on, Archie reaches out to the rest of the gang to return home.

Insatiable's Erinn Westbrook Joins 'Riverdale' Season 5 As Series Regular
Erinn Westbrook has joined the cast of Riverdale!!
The 29-year-old actress will play Tabitha Tate in the upcoming season of the CW series.
Tabitha is described as “the ambitious, entrepreneurial granddaughter of Pop Tate, who has come to Riverdale to take over Pop’s Chock’lit Shoppe in the hopes of franchising the iconic diner, even as the town around it struggles to survive,” according to Deadline.
“So very excited to finally be able to share this news. Looking forward to a fun ride! See you soon, Riverdale… 😉â¤ï¸ #TabithaTate,” Erinn wrote on Instagram.
“So, so excited to welcome @erinnwestbrook to the #Riverdale family as Tabitha Tate, but what’s happening with Pop Tate????? 🥴ðŸ”☕ï¸ðŸ¥¤ðŸ”¥âï¸ðŸ‘ 💋☠ï¸,” showrunner Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa shared on his Instagram.
Lili Reinhart also offered her congratulations, sharing Roberto‘s post on her Instagram story and writing, “Welcome to the family, @erinnwestbrook â¤ï¸”
You may recognize Erinn for her roles on Insatiable, Glee, Awkward, Jane The Virgin or The Resident.

Debby Ryan, Erinn Westbrook and Chloe Bridges gather up for a cute pic inside the Aldo x Refinery29 Holiday Dinner held at Studio 525 in New York City on Thursday night (November 15).
The three Insatiable stars met up with Katie Green and model Nina Agdal at the event.

The 22-year-old Shadowhunters starlet was joined on the front row by Addison Riecke, Insatiable‘s Erinn Westbrook.

The pro dancing couple were joined at the dinner by former Melissa & Joey actress Taylor Spreitler.

Debby Ryan steps out in an elegant look at the premiere of the first season of her Netflix dramedy series Insatiable!
The former Suite Life on Deck actress attended the event held at ArcLight Hollywood on Thursday (August 9) in Hollywood.
She wore a strapless pale pink dress with silver and diamond accessories.
Debby was joined by her co-stars Alyssa Milano, Christopher Gorham, Dallas Roberts, Kimmy Shields, Daniel Kang, Irene Choi, James Lastovic, Michael Provost, Erinn Westbrook, Arden Myrin, Sarah Colonna, Chloe Bridges, Brett Rice, and writer and executive producer Lauren Gussis.
