Frankie A Rodriguez and Joe Serafini hit the red carpet together for the world premiere of Cruella held at the El Capitan Theater on Tuesday evening (May 18) in Hollywood.
The on and off screen High School Musical: The Musical: The Series couple was joined at the premiere by a few of their co-stars, Dara Renee, Larry Saperstein and Mark St Cyr.
High School Musical: The Musical: The Series season two is less than two days away and Disney+ just dropped a brand new teaser!
The streaming service debuted the new video clip on Wednesday afternoon (May 12), and it centers on Olivia Rodrigo‘s character Nini.
In season two, after Nini gets accepted to the actor’s conservatory in Colorado, she’s pulled away from her friends, and of course Ricky.

The trailer for the upcoming second season of High School Musical: The Musical: The Series is finally here!!
The new video features A LOT of what to expect from the upcoming episodes, including Nini trying to figure out what to do about school, Ricky possibly getting a new love interest(?!) and an all girls number featuring Gia, Ashlyn and Kourtney.
In the upcoming season, the East High Wildcats, who are preparing to perform “Beauty and the Beast†as their spring musical, face off against rival school North High to win a prestigious and cutthroat student theater competition. Wigs are snatched, loyalties are tested, and ballads are belted.

A few of the show’s stars shared the news with fans on Instagram that they have finished filming.
“it’s a wrap ✨ I am forever in awe of the cast & crew who make this show the magic it is every single day – thank you for an incredible season! â¤ï¸ may 14th, baby!! @disneyplus,” Joe Serafini (Seb) wrote with a photo from his dressing room.
“First mirror selfie of the season to the last. 🤳🽠May 14th @disneyplus is going back to east high â¤ï¸ðŸ¤,” Frankie A Rodriguez (Carlos) shared.
Julia Lester (Ashlyn) captioned her post, “and that’s a season 2 wrap! best show, best people â¤ï¸ ash and her new middle part can’t wait to see you may 14th!!!!”
Sofia Wylie (Gina) commented on Julia‘s post, writing, “I MISS U ALREADY”
“I can’t believe I’m actually saying this, but that’s a wrap on Season 2!!! After the craziest year, we all got through this together. I love these people so freakin much and I know you all do too! May 14th is about to blow your MINDS!!!! â¤ï¸ðŸ¥€ðŸ¾ðŸ˜,” Larry Saperstein, who plays Big Red, captioned his post.

We have our first sneak peek into the upcoming second season of High School Musical: The Musical: The Series with the “Something In The Air” music video!
The new song and dance number is from the recently released High School Musical: The Musical: The Holiday Special and features all of the kids from the East High drama club.
The video actually serves as a kickoff for the drama club’s new Instagram page.
“Ladies, gentleman, or however else you identify, welcome to the East High drama club’s brand new Instagram page,” Frankie A. Rodriguez (Carlos) starts out in the clip.
He returns later in the video to give an update on the theater, which went up in flames on Thanksgiving in season one.
“We are excited to announce that behind these doors, the theater is being restored to it’s full, resplendid 1960s-era glory over the holiday break,” he shares.
