Sosie Bacon is just one of the many new actors joining KJ Apa in his new movie, The Last Summer.
Netflix has picked up the worldwide rights to the flick, which centers on a group of teens navigate relationships with family and friends over a Chicago summer before moving on to adulthood.
Sosie, Halston Sage, Gage Golightly, Wolfgang Novogratz, Jacob McCarthy, Mario Revolori, and Gabrielle Anwar join the previously announced cast of Maia Mitchell, Tyler Posey, and Jacob Latimore.
The Last Summer is currently filming in Cleveland.

The 22-year-old Red Oaks actress recently chatted with Glamour mag about her audition process for the role of Karen.
“Deep down, I really loved that Skye character. But of course they didn’t want the tall blonde chick who looks like a Barbie doll to play the mysterious girl, and that makes sense,” she shared. “So I moved on [in my mind], went in for the audition for Karen [as planned] in L.A., and I loved it. A few weeks later, I was flown in to New York to read with a couple of the guys.”
Gage continued, “I was there for less than 48 hours and thought, ‘OK, that was cool. At least I got to meet David Gordon Green. Life goal!’ Then I got a phone call a few weeks later asking me to read with the guys in L.A., and then when I got there they said, ‘Oh, by the way, you got [the role].’”

Red Oaks is a half-hour coming-of-age dramedy set in suburban New Jersey in 1985, centering on David Meyers (Roberts), an NYU student, and a young man at a crossroads—conflicted about his major, confused about his relationship with his high school sweetheart, and unsure what to make of his parents’ recent confession that they may never have really loved each other.
Gage is also pictured below at Amazon Video’s Emmy Celebration earlier in the month in Los Angeles.
All ten episodes of Red Oaks will premiere on Amazon Prime Video on Friday, October 9th.

Zayn Malik gets cozy with a blond girl in this new Instagram photo!
The 22-year-old former One Direction singer didn’t caption the photo or identify the girl, but fans immediately started speculating that it was Teen Wolf actress Gage Golightly.
Gage took to Instagram to shoot down those rumors, writing, “Hi everyone, just wanted to clarify that I am not the girl in the photo with Zayn Malik. But what a lucky girl! Love y’all.”
Zayn called off his engagement to fiancee Perrie Edwards just last month.

Red Oaks centers on 20-year-old David Myers (Roberts), who takes a job as an assistant tennis pro at the predominantly Jewish Red Oaks country club in New Jersey and tries to figure out what kind of life he wants to lead. Gage plays David’s girlfriend, Karen.
