Just a day after debuting the final song on his Summer 19 EP, Jake Miller has released the official video for “Could Have Been You”!
The -year-old singer explains of the song, “It’s one of my favorite songs I’ve ever written. The song is about revenge, and doing all the things you and an ex used to dream about but with a new person.â€
As with all the rest of his releases over the summer, “Could Have Been You” comes with a full merch bundle that fans can purchase on Jake‘s website.

The 26-year-old singer released the fifth and final song from the EP, “Could Have Been You“.

Jake also revealed he’ll be closing his set on tour with “Could Have Been You”, so be sure you get to know all the lyrics so you can sing along.

The 26-year-old musician opened up about the song being one of his favorite songs he’s ever written.
“‘Last Text’ is one of my favorite songs I’ve ever written and produced. It’s a very empowering song about finally letting go of something that you’ve been holding onto for too long,” he told Billboard. “I love how it starts off very raw and folky with the acoustic guitar, but then switches up into a very anthemic feel. I can’t wait to play this one on tour.”
