Sofia Carson has just dropped a brand new, personal song, that she actually just wrote very recently, “He Loves Me, But…”
“I wrote this song two months ago and now it’s yours. ‘He Loves Me, But…’ is the next chapter of my story. There’s a piece of my heart in every word. And I hope it makes you smile and feel all the things that I felt while writing this. To anyone whose ever been told ‘I love you, but…’, this song is for you. I LOVE YOU (no ‘but’),” she shared on Instagram.
The 17-year-old actor and 15-year-old singer stepped out for UCLA Mattel Children’s Hospital’s Party on the Pier on Saturday afternoon (November 3) at Pacific Park in Santa Monica, Calif.

The EP features Jena‘s latest single “Reasons” as well as a bunch of new songs!
After the album release, Jena took to her Instagram to share a powerful video about the importance of music to her.
“Music is the driving force in my life. It’s like air. I can’t live without it. I take inspiration from the world around me. The littlest things are filled with so much beauty and also so much pain. I turn that into lyrics and melodies,” Jena explained.
She added, “My goal is to honest with myself and the world because I know we all have insecurities, we all get lost sometimes and sometimes getting lost is how you find out way back home.”

The 16-year-old songstress channeled some major 70s vibes in the video, including some super cute and colorful wigs!
“The styling of my ‘Sweet Love’ video made me feel like I was truly living in the ’70s! Wearing vintage clothes and experimenting with hair and makeup looks was a blast!” Jena shared with OAWRS.
She added, “I hope my song and video inspire everyone to live life to the fullest and not settle for less than they deserve.”

The minimalist, black-and-white video features Jena playing piano and crooning against brick walls, switching in and out of color as she shows off her powerhouse, lilting vocals.
“I’m not the type to fall in love but with you I just can’t get enough,” she sings in the romantic new song.
While the concept for the video is simple, the 16-year-old indie songstress shines in every shot, and the distressed filters give the video a vintage, timeless feel.

Just Jared Jr is exclusively premiering Jena‘s new song “Crazy,” which features a familiar voice – Sean Kingston!
“Had such a dope time working with the talented Sean Kingston on my new track CRAZY! Can’t wait for y’all to hear,” Jena wrote on her Twitter before the debut.
Jena also had some amazing performers including Beyoncé protégé Sophie Beem and even took the chance to debut her own upcoming single “Be” as well as a cover of “Closer/Stay With Me” duet with Tryon!
