The group reprise their roles from the original movie, but this time, as ghosts.

Here’s a synopsis: Two years after defeating a satanic cult led by his babysitter Bee, Cole continues to be haunted by the horrific events of that night. Everyone in his life thinks he has lost his mind since Bee and all of her friends disappeared, making Cole’s story hard to believe.

He is still hopelessly smitten with his best friend and next door neighbor Melanie – the only one who believes his story – who convinces him to forget the past and come to a party thrown at a nearby lake. But when old enemies unexpectedly return, Cole will once again have to outsmart the forces of evil and survive the night.

Jenna Ortega, Judah Lewis, Emily Alyn Lind, Leslie Bibb, Ken Marino, Chris Wylde, Carl McDowell, Juliocesar Chavez, Maximilian Acevedo, Jennifer Foster and Helen Hong also star in the sequel.

Jenna Ortega is having a huge year!!

The 17-year-old actress just revealed she has her very first book coming out called “It’s All Love“.

“I am thrilled to officially announce my first book, IT’S ALL LOVE which is out ‪on January 5th, 2021‬. This book is all about finding the strength, faith, courage, and love to help us all get through every day. Jenna is currently filming her second movie of the summer, The Fallout. She first filmed Songbird in July.

In addition to her Neutrogena brand ambassador announcement this summer, Jenna‘s got a growing slate of movies she’s working on. She has a Netflix film coming out in September, and it was just revealed she is joining the cast of the upcoming Scream 5!

Jenna Ortega better start preparing her throat!

It was just announced that the 17-year-old actress has joined the cast of the upcoming Scream 5.

Jenna joins original Scream stars David Arquette and Courteney Cox, as well as In The Heights actress Melissa Barrera.

No other info has been revealed about her role or the plot of the film, other than that it will film in North Carolina, according to Deadline.

Jenna is currently filming her second movie in the past month, The Fallout, which is being directed by Megan Park.

Just before starting filming on The Fallout, Jenna wrapped on Songbird the week before, where she co-stars alongside KJ Apa, Sofia Carson and more.

The movie’s official Instagram account shared a teaser on their account, revealing that the movie will be out on Netflix on September 10th!

Elena of Avalor‘s story is coming to a close!

It was just announced that the series about the first Latinx Disney princess will air it’s series finale with a Coronation day special episode.

In the finale, “as plans for Elena’s coronation are underway, Esteban’s team of villains unleash legendary spirit misfits, the Four Shades of Awesome. In order to save her kingdom, her family and her friends, Elena must journey to the Spirit World and back, and face the ultimate test of her courage and character, before becoming queen.”

The 17-year-old teased an exciting announcement on Monday (July 20), before revealing the news the next day.
