'iCarly' Is Finally Coming To Netflix!!

OMG! iCarly is finally heading to Netflix!

Fans have been wanting this day to come for so long and it’s finally happening on February 8th.

The downside to this great news is that only the first two seasons will be on Netflix. There is no word yet on the other four seasons.

Here’s a synopsis: A show within a show, iCarly follows Carly Shay and her two best friends, Sam and Freddie, as they create a webcast for and about kids their age while grappling with everyday tween problems and adventures. Carly lives with her older brother and guardian Spencer and produces her web show from a makeshift studio in the loft upstairs.

Due to Carly and Sam’s hilarious banter and great chemistry, iCarly becomes an internet sensation and a pop phenomenon blooms with the weekly webcasts featuring everything from comedy sketches and talent contests to interviews, recipes and problem-solving.

iCarly
of course stars Miranda Cosgrove in the title role, along with Jennette McCurdy as Sam, Nathan Kress as Freddie, Jerry Trainor as Spencer and Noah Munck as Gibby.

It was recently revealed that iCarly will be coming back for a revival series on Paramount+, but only some of the cast has been confirmed so far.

Miranda Cosgrove, Nathan Kress & Jerry Trainor To Return For 'iCarly' Reboot!

OMG!!! An iCarly reboot is in the works!!

The show is getting a revival at the newly rebranded Paramount+, formerly CBS All Access, TV Line reveals.

Series stars Miranda Cosgrove, Nathan Kress and Jerry Trainor are all confirmed to reprise their roles in the new series. No word if Jennette McCurdy or Noah Munck will return, but we’re hoping they’ll at least stop in for guest appearances!

In case you forgot, iCarly ended with the web show going on hiatus while Carly went to Italy. She and Freddie also shared a goodbye kiss, so here’s hoping they’re together in the reboot!

iCarly aired for six seasons on Nickelodeon, from 2007 to 2012, and was a big fan favorite. It also spawned the spinoff Sam & Cat, which of course followed Jennette‘s Sam and Victorious‘ Cat Valentine, played by Ariana Grande.

If you missed the news, just a couple of months ago, Nathan and his wife London announced that they are expecting baby No 2!

'iCarly' Star Jerry Trainor Asks Nickelodeon to Stream the Show During Health Crisis

iCarly star Jerry Trainor is making a request of Nickelodeon during this trying time.

The beloved actor, who played Carly’s brother Spencer on the show, asked the network to make the show available to stream for free while people are stuck at home.

Jerry took to his Twitter to make the request.

“Yo @Nickelodeon! There’s not a lot that families can all watch together. It’d be great if you made iCarly available to stream somewhere during this time,” Jerry wrote.

While Nickelodeon hasn’t responded yet, we hope they can get something worked out! We know we’d love to watch iCarly!!
