Tiana Le, John Stamos & More Attend The Drive-In Premiere For New Show 'Big Shot'

Tiana Le wears orange while attending the drive-in premiere screening of her new series Big Shot held at The Grove on Wednesday (April 14) in Los Angeles.

The actress stars as Destiny Winters in the show, which just premiered on Disney+ on Friday (April 16).

Also in attendance at the premiere were some of her co-stars – John Stamos (Maravyn Korn) and wife Caitlyn McHugh, Cricket Wampler (Samantha “Giggles” Finkman), Tisha Custodio (Carolyn “Mouse” Smith), Monique Green (Olive Cooper), Jessalyn Gilsig (Holly Barrett), Yvette Nicole Brown (Sherilyn Thomas), and Richard Robichaux (George Pappas).

Here’s the show’s synopsis: After getting ousted from the NCAA, a men’s basketball coach is given a chance for redemption with a coaching position at an elite private high school. He soon learns that the teenage players require empathy and vulnerability — foreign concepts for the stoic Coach Korn (Stamos). By learning how to connect with his players, Marvyn starts to grow into the person he’s always hoped to be. The girls learn to take themselves more seriously, finding their footing both on and off the court.

The trailer for the upcoming Disney+ basketball series Big Shot has been released!

The new show stars John Stamos as Coach Marvyn Korn, along with a cast of women.

Also starring in the show are Jessalyn Gilsig (Holly Barrett), Yvette Nicole Brown (Sherilyn Thomas), Richard Robichaux (George Pappas), Sophia Mitri Schloss (Emma Korn), Nell Verlaque (Louise Gruzinsky), Tiana Le (Destiny Winters), Monique Green (Olive Cooper), Tisha Custodio (Carolyn “Mouse” Smith) and Cricket Wampler (Samantha “Giggles” Finkman).

Big Shot will premiere on April 16th.

Emery Kelly & Keala Settle Join The Cast of Disney+ Series 'Big Shot' With John Stamos

Emery Kelly has landed a recurring role on the upcoming new series Big Shot for Disney+!

The 22-year-old Alexa & Katie actor and singer joins fellow newly announced cast member Keala Settle, according to Deadline.

Emery will play Dylan, “a high school student who plays basketball on the public court with the girls team coached by Marvyn.”

Keala is set to portray Christina Winters, Destiny’s (Tiana Le) mother.

Big Shot follows a temperamental college basketball coach, Marvyn (John Stamos), who gets fired from his job and must take a teaching and coaching job at an elite all-girls private high school.

Also starring in the show, which began production earlier this month, are Jessalyn Gilsig, Shiri Appleby, Yvette Nicole Brown, Richard Robicheaux, Sophia Mitri Schloss, Nell Verlaque, Monique Green, Tisha Custodio and Cricket Wampler.

'Glee' Cast Share Memories & Thanks on 10th Anniversary

The cast of Glee is getting sentimental on Sunday (May 19) as it’s the show’s 10 year anniversary!

The hit musical show premiered on May 19, 2009, on Fox and changed the lives of many across the world.

Glee ran for six seasons, featured over 728 musical numbers, a concert film, and multiple soundtrack compilations. The cast of the show also embarked on two concert tours.

Members of the cast included Matthew Morrison as the McKinley High choir teacher Will Schuester, Jane Lynch as the mean cheer coach Sue Sylvester, as well as students Lea Michele, Cory Monteith, Kevin McHale, Amber Riley, Jenna Ushkowitz, Chris Colfer, Dianna Agron, Harry Shum Jr, Naya Rivera, Heather Morris, Alex Newell, Mark Salling, Chord Oversreet, Darren Criss, Melissa Benoist, Grant Gustin, Max Adler, Lauren Potter, Blake Jenner, and more!

Glee also had a ton of guest stars including Britney Spears, Matt Bomer, Cheyenne Jackson, Jeff Goldblum, Ricky Martin, Idina Menzel, Kristin Chenoweth, Carol Burnett, Gwyneth Paltrow, Jonathan Groff, Neil Patrick Harris, and Whoopi Goldberg, among others.

Ahead of the show’s fifth season, star Cory Monteith passed away from a drug and alcohol overdose. The show honored the late actor in the third episode of that season with a tribute episode titled “The Quarterback”.

Stars from the show have gone on to appear on Broadway, London’s West End, perform sold out concert tours, music albums, TV shows, movies and more!
