Zayn Malik is opening up about being a father!

The 28-year-old “Vibez” singer has been doing interviews and promo for his latest album Nobody Is Listening and his new song “To Begin Again” with Ingrid Michaelson, and dished on fatherhood.

“I think when you have a kid, there’s a slight switch in your head. There’s certain things that I feel more passionate about and things that I want to convey. Not so much, you know, directly for that, but just so that when she looks at me as a parent, she knows what I stood for and what I stand for,” he told Sirius XM. “It’s a nice feeling for sure, to feel like you stand for something that’s a little bigger than yourself.”

“Honestly, it’s amazing. A lot of people that I was speaking to obviously before she was born and stuff were like you know it’s a big adjustment and it’s going to be a massive change and stuff, but honestly she’s an amazing baby. It’s been really easy for me and Gig to kind of just ease into it. She’s made it really easy for us, she sleeps really well and she loves her milk. It’s just feeding and changing diapers at the moment. It’s wicked, I’m enjoying it for sure,” Zayn said in another interview with iHeartRadio’s Valentine in the Morning.

“I didn’t expect to be quite as into it to be honest with you. I’m always into myself just doing my own thing of just writing, recording, making music, and I was just very focused on my career. I had time for my relationship too, but it was still solely about me. The fact that she [Khai] has been so easy to kind of just adjust to, it’s been surprising to me because I just love spending my days with her, hanging out with her, and just doing really relaxing and chill stuff with her. I’m watching kids shows with her on TV and on Netflix, learning nursery rhymes, rolling around with her, and just singing to her. It’s a really different pace of life, but it’s been really easy to adjust and that’s the most surprising.”

The name of Gigi Hadid and Zayn Malik‘s daughter has been revealed!

The 25-year-ol model didn’t officially announce her daughter’s name, but did subtly change her Instagram bio to add in that she is “Khai’s mom” – meaning she and the 28-year-old singer named their daughter Khai!

Khai‘s name could be a nod to her dad Mohamed Hadid‘s mom, whose name is Khairiah.

Khai‘s name reveal comes on her four month birthday, after Gigi and Zayn welcomed her back on September 21.

In honor of the milestone, Gigi shared a cute photo on her Instagram Story giving Khai a kiss on the cheek.

“my girl. 4 months & THE BEST KID,” Gigi wrote along with the photo.

As of right now, Gigi and Zayn have not shared a photo of their daughter’s face.

A few days earlier, Gigi revealed the exact date that she found out she was pregnant.

Christmas was extra special this year for Gigi Hadid and Zayn Malik because it was their first time celebrating the holiday with their newborn baby girl!

We still don’t know the name of Gigi and Zayn‘s baby, but we’re continuing to get some new photos of the little one.

Gigi shared one photo of Zayn holding their newborn daughter and another one of her laying on a mat. She noted that her daughter is wearing a Gucci onesie that was gifted to her by Devon Windsor and little booties that were gifted by her friend Olivia Perez.

Gigi and Zayn celebrated the holiday with her sister Bella Hadid, her brother Anwar Hadid and his girlfriend Dua Lipa, and her parents Yolanda and Mohamed.

Gigi Hadid has shared a bunch of photos from inside her daughter’s nursery and it looks like such a great room!

The 25-year-old model also showed off a photo that she snapped in the nursery on the night before going into labor. The photos were all posted to her Instagram Stories on Monday night (December 7).

Gigi snapped a selfie in a mirror in her daughter’s nursery and she captioned the pic, “the night before I went into labor.”

In another photo snapped in the nursery, Gigi mentioned it was taken about a week before she gave birth. She added, “Decorating & spending time in her nursery really helped me feel prepared when I would get too in my head.”

Gigi showed off the book shelf in the nursery and said, “so many friends sent their favorite books.” Such a cool gift idea!

Gigi Hadid and Zayn Malik were able to have a lot of quality time away from the rest of the world this year while waiting for the birth of their child.

The 25-year-old model is now giving fans a look inside her time at the family farm in Pennsylvania, where she and Zayn spent most of the quarantine.

“August, waiting for our girl 🥰🥰🥰😭,” Gigi captioned the series of three photos that showed her pregnant.

Two of the pictures show Gigi posing with her baby bump prominently shown in a form-fitting dress while the other photo features her longtime love resting his head on the bump. So cute!

Gigi gave birth to her first child with Zayn back in mid-September. The couple still has not announced the name of their newborn little girl.

Over the weekend, Gigi‘s mom shared a super sweet photo of the star cradling her daughter on Thanksgiving.

It looks like Gigi Hadid had a great first Thanksgiving as a mom and her mom is giving us a new look inside the special day!

The 25-year-old model hosted the holiday at her home this year and both her mom and Zayn Malik‘s moms were in attendance.

Yolanda shared a pic of Gigi and the baby and also shared a photo of herself posing with Zayn‘s mom Tricia Malik. She captioned the photo, “Mamma’s.”

The day before Thanksgiving, Gigi shared a new selfie of her and her baby girl, though we only got to see the top of her head in the picture.
