Kylie Jenner spent time with some super cute children in Peru.
The 19-year-old lip kit creator flew to South America with her mom Kris this week where they stopped by the Delgado Clinic in Lima.
Kylie visited children who recently underwent surgery for cleft lip/palate as part of the non-profit Smile Train, which provides free surgeries to children in developing countries.
Late last year, Kylielaunched a special edition of her lip kit in collaboration with the charity and donated 100 percent of the proceeds. She reportedly raised half a million dollars!

Meanwhile, Kendall‘s mom Kris Jenner recently opened up about her daughter’s nipple piercing.
“I must tell you the truth: The only place I’ve ever seen it is in a picture somewhere on the Internet or in a magazine where it showed through,” Kris told KIIS FM’s The Kyle & Jackie O Show (via Us Weekly). “So I’ve never seen it in person.”
She added, “It’s not [like] Kendall! That’s why it was so surprising, I thought, ‘This is not real.’ And then I just let it go. I thought, ‘I don’t even want to know’ I’m in denial.”
