“Friday the 13th!!! #Haunt comes out in select theaters and on demand!! Cant wait! It was an honor to work with @beckandwoods and try out a brand new type of character for me!” Katie wrote on Twitter. “Thank you @eliroth and @beckandwoods for giving me a chance and believing in me to do this film! Here’s a synopsis: On Halloween, a group of friends encounter an “extreme” haunted house that promises to feed on their darkest fears. The night turns deadly as they come to the horrifying realization that some nightmares are real.
The two singer/actress sisters are often mistaken for actual twins, even though they are almost two years apart.
To poke fun at the long-running comparison between them, China and Lauryn got matching tattoos with a quote from Lady and the Tramp.
Siamese, if you please. Siamese, if you don’t please are the two quotes the sisters have inked on the left sides of their torso. The lines are spoken sung by the Siamese cats in the Disney film.
China captioned her pic on Instagram, “After years of talking about it, we finally got our matching ones. @laurynmcclain #WeAreSiamese.”
Janelle is an ambitious dancer who, along with her twin brother Tal (Petrice Jones), was uprooted from suburban Ohio to live with Uncle Al (Faizon Love) in Atlanta.
The series centers on Atlanta’s famed High Water Performing Arts School, which is run by Sage Odom (Ne-Yo) and will touch on real issues around diversity and complex relationships and the competitive dance scene.
Marcus Mitchell, Jade Chynoweth, Carlito Olivero, Terrence Green, R. Marcos Taylor, Eric Graise and Kendra Oyesanya also star in the show, which will premiere on YouTube Red on January 31st, 2018.
Deadline reports that the two actors have joined Will Brittain in the flick, which will be directed by Scott Beck and Bryan Woods, and is currently filming in Kentucky.

Sierra McClain credits her confidence and success on her experiences working with her sisters.
The 23-year-old Empire actress spent years in a girl group with China and Lauryn before breaking into acting.
“I don’t think I would’ve been as comfortable at all if I hadn’t had the background of working with my sisters,” Sierra told TeenVogue.com. “Even watching my sisters has helped me, too. Even though I haven’t worked in a while, I was on set constantly, so I feel like I’ve been around it forever even if I wasn’t necessarily in front of the camera.”
She continued, “And then all of my studio work with my father, [music producer and engineer, Michael McClain] definitely prepared me for the studio sessions here…I was so nervous in the beginning; I didn’t know if I could do this. But it was him talking to me and calling me saying, ‘Listen, you’ve been doing this forever here with me and with the girls. You can do it. You’re ready for it. Go in there and be confident.’ There’s no telling what would’ve happened if I hadn’t had that.”
Catch Sierra on Empire this season, Wednesdays @ 9PM on Fox.
