Joined by BFFs Hannah Stocking and Julissa Prado, the 22-year-old singer and creator opened up about her debut single and video for “Celoso”.
“It’s not about anybody,” Lele says about the story of the song. “I wanted to sing a song about an independent woman who doesn’t need a man to complete her.”
She continued, “She just wanted to have fun with her girls which is true because when when a girl is independent and she doesn’t care about men, that’s what attracts men more, because you know they want to be with someone that you know doesn’t really care and just wants to have fun and wants to live her a best life and that attracts men.”
Lele adds, “They’re going to chase you when you stop chasing them basically. So that’s important to know. Just be you.”
In the video, which was directed by Rudy Mancuso, Lele dons different wigs and personas throughout the video – including a stunning red dress and dark wig, and blonde wig to match her waitress attire.

The 22-year-old singer and creator just dropped the first look at her upcoming, debut solo single “Celoso”.
Out THIS Friday, the track is described by Billboard as a “vampy, catchy pop track with an underlying subtle reggaeton beat”.
The new track comes on the heels of the news that Lele has signed with Universal Music’s 10:22pm Records.
“Music has always meant so much to me and this opportunity can help me push myself to take the next step as an artist,” she shared in a statement. “I feel great about joining the Universal Music family because they understand what I want to do musically and creatively. I’m so excited to be going on this musical journey with Universal’s support on my side.”

The social media stars joined forces for the event held at The Forum on Sunday (August 12) in Inglewood, Calif.
Lele rocked a fun look that was half strapless floral dress and half red leather jacket, along with matching red lipstick. Twan donned an all-denim ensemble.
Not only is Lele co-hosting the show with Nick Cannon tonight, but she is also nominated for Choice Female Web Star, Choice Comedy Web Star, and Choice YouTuber.

Lele Pons is social media royalty, with over 25 million followers on Instagram and 10 million YouTube subscribers.
In a recent interview with Today, the 22-year-old creator opened up about why she thinks people are continuing to subscribe to her channels and dishes out tips for newbies to social media.
“I think it’s because it’s relatable and they see that I don’t really care to look bad,” Lele says about her followers. “I’m just myself.”
She adds that she posts “a lot of relatable stuff, a lot of funny things, a ton of puberty stuff” and other things that “people see hope in.”
The creator/actress headed to social media for the cutest birthday tribute to Lele.
