Lena Dunham is set to host Saturday Night Live for the first time!
According to Deadline, the 27-year-old Girls star and creator will take center stage on the March 8th episode, along with musical guest The National.
Coincidentally, it will be the band’s first appearance on the show as well, and they are based in Brooklyn where Girls is shot and set.
SNL returns on March 1 with host Jim Parsons and musical guest Beck.

Lena Dunham arrives at the premiere of her show Girls at Cineworld Haymarket on Wednesday night (January 15) in London, England.
The 27-year-old actress was joined on the red carpet by her co-stars Allison Williams and Zosia Mamet.
