“[The video] captures the story of how it all began, the twists and turns in between, and where we are today,” the group wrote on their Instagram.
The feature includes clips of the bands through the years and references some of their most pivotal moments including their tour with One Direction, their first album and their AMA win. The guys even recruited young actors to portray themselves in their early years!
While wedding planning is underway, Michael says they won’t walk down the aisle until next year.
“We’re going to do it early next year, probably in January,” Michael said on Nova 96.9 Fitzy & Wippa.
As for entertainment, the duo were thinking of some former tour mates!
“We did tour with The Chainsmokers so we were thinking of asking them to come and DJ, that would be sick – hopefully they don’t charge their usual fee cause that would quadruple the budget of the whole wedding!†Michael joked.
“Thank you for having us at The Australian Fire Fight concert! It will go down as one of my favorite memories of @5sos’s career 🖤,” Ashton wrote on Instagram with a shirtless pic from the concert.
Michael recently opened up about why he hasn’t been so active on Instagram. Find out why he’s barely been on the social media platform lately!
The 5 Seconds of Summer guitarist took to Instagram on Friday (February 14) to let fans know why he hadn’t been posting much lately.
“If you’re wondering why I’m so inactive – here’s your reason,” Michael captioned the slideshow below, featuring tons of cute photos of himself cuddling with his dog Moosemoose. Seriously, they’re adorable.
The vid is filled with clips of the guys engaging in some “shameless” acts like taking selfies at a car crash, faking your own death and overdoing it with plastic surgery.
In addition to the new vid, the guys also just announced their fourth album Calm will be released on March 27th.
The group – Ashton Irwin, Calum Hood, Michael Clifford and Luke Hemmings – just announced they’re hitting the road on the No Shame Tour later this year.
The 21-city tour will kick off on August 19 in Denver, Col. and make stops in cities including Chicago, Toronto and Nashville before wrapping on September 26 in Concord, Calif.
Following the tour news, the guys also began teasing a new song that fans suspect is titled “Calm.”
In some cryptic teaser videos posted across each member’s Instagram, a different letter from the title flashes at the end of the video, spelling out CALM.
“We were talking about this for a long time and the only reason I picked Calum to be my best man,†Michael said. “The only reason, is that I’ve known him the longest.â€
