Happy New Music Friday!!

This week’s round of new music sees quite a different variety of artists and sounds, and we are so excited to shared them with our readers.

Sofia Carson has just dropped a brand new, personal song, that she actually just wrote very recently, “He Loves Me, But…”

“I wrote this song two months ago and now it’s yours. ‘He Loves Me, But…’ is the next chapter of my story. There’s a piece of my heart in every word. And I hope it makes you smile and feel all the things that I felt while writing this. To anyone whose ever been told ‘I love you, but…’, this song is for you. I LOVE YOU (no ‘but’),” she shared on Instagram.

New Music Friday is here and we have some great songs from amazing women!

This Friday (March 5) has seen new releases from Becky G, Aly & AJ, Niki DeMar and more.

Becky G released her version of the SpongeBob Squarepants song “F Is For Friends” with Trevor Daniel and Tainy, which is off of the SpongeBob Movie: Sponge on The Run soundtrack. She also has another new song called “Te Va Bien” with KEVVO, Arcangel, and Darell.

Aly & AJ just premiered their latest song “Pretty Places,” which AJ said is their favorite track from their upcoming album.

Niki DeMar has dropped her new single “Messy Room.” Of the song, she says, “I wrote this song when I got tired of explaining myself and my lifestyle to people.”

And the music video, Niki said, “this video means so much to me since it represents all of the emotions i’ve been experiencing over the past year. i hope it makes you feel something 💿🤎”

Demi Lovato and Sam Fischer debuted the stripped down version of their recent duet “What Other People Say.”

Niki and Gabi DeMartino were seen out shopping in New York City earlier this month!

The twin sisters were joined by some friends as they went bridesmaid shopping at loveshackfancy for Gabi‘s upcoming wedding to longtime beau Collin Vogt.

If you missed it, Gabi and Collin got engaged on Thanksgiving last year!

“Yes, we have a date. Yes, it’s in 2022, and hopefully the world is different by then,” Gabi shared in a recent vlog.

“today i asked 13 people that i couldn’t do life without, to be my bridesmaids 💍 🦢💝 & i asked my 3 sisters to be my maids of honors. thank you @birdygrey for making this possible. 👰🏼‍♀️,” Gabi shared on Instagram last week.

She also recently shared an update on her long awaited Beautiful Mess album.

“album update: will be making a video soon addressing specifics but i wrote it all when i was a very different person mentally and emotionally than who i am today. tracks have been removed, some are being re-worked (lyrically & genre) & songs have been added. thx for ur patience,” she wrote on Twitter.

Voting on the 2020 Just Jared Jr Fan Awards has come to a close!

Fans have been diligently voting over the last two weeks, and well over three million votes were cast across the 18 categories.

Among the categories included favorite young actor, favorite young actress, favorite social star, and favorite quarantine zoom reunion!

Competition was intense, fans voted right up until the last minute, with extremely close results across quite a few of the categories.

Niki DeMartino dons a wedding dress in the beginning of the new Blood Queens trailer!

The 25-year-old YouTuber and singer’s twin sis Gabi debuted the trailer on her “Fancy Vlogs by Gab” YouTube channel.

The upcoming fourth season of Blood Queens is called The Blood Queens Club and will premiere on Halloween day (October 31), with new episodes every Saturday in November.

“this season is still coven, & witchy themed, but it takes place at happy hallow’s country club in hallowbrookl🌲 the small town of hallowbrook is starting to learn that there’s more to the girls than white gloves, pearls, and spilling mimosas and secrets. 🥂🕸 🕶,” Gabi previously wrote on Instagram about the new season.

Season 4 also stars Niki and Gabi‘s sister Alessandra, Allie Bennicas, Gabi‘s boyfriend Collin Vogt, Alex Byrd, Nashaly Torres, Hal Miers and more.

Niki DeMar just dropped her new song and music video, “Bite of Me,” on Friday (October 23)!

The 25-year-old said on Instagram that she’s “never been prouder of a video.”

“What inspired ‘Bite Of Me’ was a realization ‘aha moment’ I had during January 2020,” Niki said in a statement about her new track. I realized, if one day I disappeared, so many people’s lives would change drastically.”

“It made me realize how needed I am in others daily lives, and how people take for granted how willing I am to put their needs before my own,” she added. “Even though these people made me feel small to keep me where they wanted me, ultimately I figured out that it works both ways, if not, they need me more. It was a sad realization, but it was the start of claiming my life back.”

Little Mix also released an amazing new video for their song “Sweet Melody” from their upcoming album, and LIVVIA debuted her new Halloween-themed music video/short film, “Monster.”

5 Seconds of Summer‘s Ashton Irwin dropped his debut solo album Superbloom this week, while Maddie & Tae debuted their new Christmas project, We Need Christmas!

There are new shows coming to AwesomenessTV from your favorite sets of twins!

JJJ is excited to exclusively reveal that Niki & Gabi will be debuting their brand new series Twintervention, while the Merrell Twins will premiere their show Mystery Twin Bin.

In Twintervention, Niki and Gabi‘s relationship will be put to the test and one of them will be crowned “Sister of the Year.” Coached by a panel of experts with visits from surprise guests, Niki and Gabi will have to face their problems to compete in a series of challenges that will either make or break their bond as sisters.

Mystery Twin Bin will see the Merrell Twins in for the surprise of their lives as Awesomeness sends Vanessa and Veronica a mystery bin containing clues and items for that day’s challenge. It will be twin vs. twin as they compete to win across six episodes.

Vanessa and Veronica will also be back for season three of Twin My Heart, where they will help new bachelor Nate Wyatt, from TikTok’s Hype House, find his one true love through a series of competitions and challenges.

Look out for Mystery Twin Bin premiering THIS Saturday (October 17), Twin My Heart on November 28th, and Twintervention on December 11th, all on AwesomenessTV’s YouTube channel!
