The first teaser trailer for Jenna Ortega and Maddie Ziegler‘s upcoming movie The Fallout just premiered!
Secret Life of the American Teenager‘s Megan Park wrote and directed the film, which is actually her directorial debut.
The movie is a film about the unseen faces of a tragedy, those who can’t turn their pain into effecting positive change in the world because they are too afraid to leave their bedrooms. Three teenagers form a unique and dynamic bond as they navigate the never linear, often confusing journey to heal in a world that feels forever changed.
The 19-year-old This Is Us actor portrays Disney’s first ever live action Black prince as Tuma in the film.
“It feels amazing,†he told HollywoodLife. “It’s not even the fact that I’m doing it, but it’s more the fact that people are going to be able to see that on the big screen.”
“When I think about my experiences the first time I was really able to see that was Black Panther,” he added. “I remember how that positively affected me, and I love Chadwick [Boseman]. To know that I’m in a position to where I can, you know, in a way be that representation for a young Black boy that may not be able to see himself on television all the time, or on the big screen all the time… that means the word to me.â€
“It’s an amazing thing that I’m doing,” Niles told Popsugar. “I just can’t wait to see the impact that it has on boys that look like me, being able to see themselves on TV, because we’re more than just what the media shows.”
“We’re real complex and layered people and I feel like if we were shown more on TV in positive roles, or just roles in general, that wouldn’t have to be said. We wouldn’t have to say our lives matter. It would be a known thing,” he said.

Secret Society of Second-Born Royals follows Sam (Lee), a rebellious teenage royal who unknowingly develops superpowers from a genetic trait attributed only to second-borns of royal lineage. Second-in-line to the throne of the kingdom of Illyria, Sam constantly questions what it means to be royal and wants to create her own legacy. Unlike Sam’s picture-perfect older sister Eleanor (Liao) who will become the next queen, Sam would rather rock out with her bandmate and best friend Mike (Lomax) at an illegal protest or ditch a royal engagement for a wild night out.
Fed up with her daughter’s misbehavior, Queen Catherine (Yung) sends Sam to a summer boarding school where she and four other second-born royals – Tuma (Fitch), Roxana (Deeble), January (Thomas) and Matteo (Rakotohavana) – discover they have unique super-human abilities and are invited to join a secret society with a longstanding tradition of covertly keeping the peace. With a new sense of purpose and a little help from their Secret Society instructor James (Astin), Sam and her fellow royal recruits must learn to harness their newfound powers and work together as a team before they can save the world.
