Olivia Holt is about to break your heart even more about the Marvel’s Cloak & Dagger cancellation.

Taking to Instagram after the news was announced the day before, the 22-year-old actress shared a touching tribute to the series.

“hooo boy. this one hurts. i’m not sure if i will ever really be able to articulate what i’m feeling right now. but one thing i know for sure, is just how fucking proud i am of this show. and what this show did. and what this show said. and just how much this show impacted not only me, but all of the humans out there that watched it,” Olivia wrote.

She continues, “This show was more than just a job for me. it changed my life, professionally and personally. it helped shape me into the human i am today. it taught me bravery and camaraderie, it was intelligent and raw. and even though it was a show about superheroes, it was real. and in just two season, we tackled some of the heaviest issues that are happening in our world today. from drug addiction, to sexual assault, to police brutality, and human trafficking. we decided to tell a story through the eyes of a young black man and a young white woman living in modern day new orleans recognizing just how much society has dehumanized black culture and minimized females. and learning how to say ‘NO.’ and fight back.”

Olivia added, “cloak and dagger are super humans. and what an absolute honor it was to bring tandy to life.”

“Thank you to every kickass human who lent their passion and insane work ethic to this show. to my crew down in nola, i legitimately loved every moment working with you. even at 4am when i was loopy as f***, you were patient and laughed with me and we pulled through together. to my BRILLIANTLY talented cast mates, i will always be truly in awe of all of you and your performances. hi @emmakatelahana , thank you for coming over last night to drink wine with me and look back on the last two years of our lives and all the dumb shenanigans we got ourselves into. you’ve shown me true sisterhood. and i’ll like, probs c u tomorrow. @jpokaski , i really can’t explain the respect and love i have for you. you made something special and gave me an artistic challenge and as an actor, i simply thank you.”

Olivia Holt is officially finished filming her upcoming movie, Turkey Drop!

The 20-year-old actress shared the news on her Instagram over the weekend with her fans.

“celebrating a picture wrap on our movie eating a beavertail like a true ottawan,” Olivia captioned her pic. “thank you for being so good to us, ottawa. and i’ll miss you and your beavertails.”

She added, “but i’ll miss making this movie with this cast and crew a whole lot more. they somethin’ real special. #turkeydrop droppin’ on @freeform this thanksgiving ♡.”

Olivia Holt is kind of giving us all the things we want right now.

The -year-old actress and singer dropped a few teasers for her brand new song, “Bad Girlfriend”, which will be out this week; and on top of that, teased a little info about a possible new season of Marvel’s Cloak and Dagger.

The hit show, which airs on Freeform, hasn’t officially been renewed for a third season.

However, Taylor Swift had a clever caption for her Rolling Stone feature, where she wrote, “Threw out our cloaks and our daggers because it’s morning now..”

Olivia replied to it, “@CloakAndDagger @aubreyomari @emmaklahana @JoePokaski t swizzle a fan.”

Olivia and Aubrey Omari‘s characters, Tandy and Tyrone (aka Cloak and Dagger), will be popping up on an episode of Marvel’s Runaways – but we’re still waiting on news about a third season. Hopefully we get an announcement soon!

Olivia Holt has a new movie coming out this holiday season!

It was just anounced that the 22-year-old actress and singer will premiere her new flick Turkey Drop on Freeform.

Olivia will star as Lucy Jacobs, a small-town girl who has started her freshman year at a big-city university. When Lucy returns home for Thanksgiving break, she suspects she’s about to get turkey dropped — dumped by her high school sweetheart — during their holiday visit.

To avoid a Turkey Day travesty, Lucy gets out of her comfort zone, proving she’s not the same, play-it-safe girl she was with her high school boyfriend. As she takes control of her own life and makes choices that put herself first, she learns to let go of what’s been holding her back, helping achieve what she truly wants out of life.

Turkey Drop will premiere during Freeform’s “Kickoff To Christmas” programming in November!

The 21-year-old Cloak & Dagger actress showed off her long legs in a chic blazer dress.

Tamara Mellon and A.L.C. founder, Andrea Lieberman, who’ve been friends for the past 15 years, joined forces to collaborate on the concept and design. The collaboration consists of two shoes, a d’Orsay pump and mid-calf boot.

If you missed it, Olivia just revealed that her song, “History”, hit a major music milestone.

Olivia Holt is celebrating a big milestone for her song “History”.

The track, which the 21-year-old singer and actress released in 2017, just went gold!

“made a song. it went gold,” she revealed on Twitter. “and here that little bad boy is all official sitting next to me.”

Olivia adds, “We did the damn thing! thank you to all you wonderful humans that listened to this single. so so full of gratitude 🥰🥰🥰🥰.”
