It looks like Olivia Jade‘s “Olivia Jade Beauty” trademark will not be moving forward just yet.

If you didn’t know, the 19-year-old vlogger is the daughter of Lori Loughlin and J. Mossimo Giannulli, who are reportedly connected to the nationwide college admissions scam.

The United States Patent and Trademark Office sent Olivia a letter warning her that her filing is in danger of abandonment because the “applicant must correct the punctuation in the identification to clarify the individual items in the list of goods,” according to People.

“Proper punctuation in identifications is necessary to delineate explicitly each product or service within a list and to avoid ambiguity. Commas, semicolons, and apostrophes are the only punctuation that should be used.”

Olivia seeks to trademark “make up kits comprised of moisturizer, primer, concealer, foundation, make-up powder, make-up pencils, eye make-up, eyeshadow, eye liner, mascara, blush, highlighter, bronzer, make-up setting spray lipstick lip gloss, lip stains, make-up remover.”

Her mother, Lori, recently put her home up as collateral for a $1 million bond while facing a charge of mail fraud.

David Dobrik has Olivia Jade‘s back.

Over the weekend, David opened up about how Olivia was doing since news broke that her parents were involved in the college admissions cheating scandal.

“I haven’t gotten to talk to her a lot, but she’s a sweet, smart girl so I’m sure she’s holding up good,” he shared with ET. “I wish [her] the best. It’s the worst to get [wrapped up] in anything bad.”

David later added, speaking to US Weekly, “[Olivia is] a strong girl and she’s a smart girl, so she’ll be good. We’re definitely all checking in with her.”

“Who knows? I’m gonna catch myself in some stupid stuff later and, hopefully, I’ll have a good support system too.”

Olivia and David have made several vlogs together, their latest being slang terms, along with her mom, Lori Loughlin and John Stamos.

A new report has surfaced from the college admissions scandal, involving Lori Loughlin and her youngest daughter, Olivia Jade.

Apparently, Olivia, 19, is angry with her mom for forcing her to go to college in the first place.

A source told ET that Olivia is “really angry with her parents because she told them she did not want to go to college and she was pushed.”

They added, “She has been passionate about her career and wanted to work and was doing well but that wasn’t enough. Her parents said she would have to juggle college and her career. Now she’s devastated because everything she built implode before her eyes. She feels they ruined everything.”

Olivia and her sister, Bella, aren’t planning to return to USC following the scandal.

Another report also stated that Olivia didn’t even fill out a college application the school.

Court papers, attained by Page Six, read that Lori sent an email to scammer William “Rick” Singer about the process. She wrote, “[Our younger daughter] has not submitted all her colleges [sic] apps and is confused on how to do so. Can you tell us how to proceed?”

Apparently Singer “responded by directing an employee to submit the applications on behalf of the Giannulli’s younger daughter.”

All of us pretty much know what’s going on with the Olivia Jade and her mom Lori Laughlin‘s college cheating scandal.

If you don’t, here’s a brief explainer: Lori was one of the dozens charged in the college admissions scam, which involved them paying elite colleges and universities including Yale, Georgetown, the University of Southern California and Stanford to guarantee admissions for their children.

Now, Emma Monden is giving fans a unique perspective on it, as she was rejected from the same college Olivia got into with the help of her mom’s “donations”.

Emma explains that the biggest part she has a hard time with is that “being someone who applied to USC last year and it was literally all I wanted in the world…it was something that inspired me and it was the reason I worked so hard in high school because I had that end goal in mind.”

She continues, “Seeing someone get handed that admission that didn’t work for it, it’s just hard to be completely honest…”

“I had stacked up on AP and honors classes, I got an SAT tutor, so I knew the best strategies for taking that test and I paid for it with my own money…I tried to do everything in my power to give me the best shot of getting into that school.”

Ultimately, USC did reject Emma‘s application and she ended up going to school at UC Irvine.

Olivia Jade's Former Classmates Explains Why She's Not Surprised by College Scandal

People have been weighing in on the college admissions scandal for the past week and now one of Olivia Jade‘s former classmates is speaking out to give her “insider” opinion on the matter.

Harlow Brooks, a YouTube beauty blogger, says she went to the same private high school as Olivia for a year and she’s “not surprised” by the news.

“There’s a network of five to seven or so private schools in Los Angeles that are $30,000 to $45,000 in tuition every year. The work is literally harder than college. It is insane what these students go through to go to these schools because their parents think that they need to. They want them to go to Yale and Harvard and USC,” she said.

Harlow opened up about the intense workload that students at the private high school were given and how she had a hard time keeping up without anything else going on in her life. She noted that Olivia was working on her YouTube channel while in high school.

“How does she travel for YouTube? How does she have time to make YouTube videos? An arrangement with the school or something?” she said. “It just didn’t make sense to me. These schools, your life is literally, 100 percent school.”

“Seeing as I am a person who loves school and do really well at school and I couldn’t even handle the workload — I know that she’s publicly stated that she doesn’t like school — I can’t even imagine making it through a school like that if you are not committed,” Harlow added.
