Paris and Prince Jackson are coming together to celebrate the legacy of the late King of Pop, also known as their father, Michael Jackson!
The 20-year-old and 21-year-old siblings looked happy together on the red carpet at the 2018 Michael Jackson Diamond Birthday Celebration at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino on Wednesday night (August 29) in Las Vegas.

The big birthday bash, which followed a performance of Michael Jackson One, at the hotel, includes “experiential activations†inspired by Michael’s videos. Sway Calloway is emceeing the event, and Mark Ronson will perform a guest DJ set with “a surprise superstar performance” and more!
Prince recently spoke out about people badgering him on social media to do an Instagram tribute: “This is my account that is public to everyone and I will use it as I see fit. If you’d like to see birthday posts for my dad look at what I’m tagged in. I chose to honor him in a different, intimate, and personal way,” he wrote.
Paris Jackson is opening up about her recent surgery.
The actress and activist underwent the surgery to take out an abscess, as she shared in her new band The Soundflowers‘ Instagram Stories on Saturday (August 11).
“So long story short, I had surgery yesterday,†she said in the video, explaining that she had “an abscess that was almost the size of a golf ball.â€
She added that that if an abscess pops, “you can go septic and die.â€
“But I didn’t die,†she said. “They operated immediately.†She also revealed that she declined anesthesia and “was awake for all of it. … It was definitely the most pain that I’ve ever been through in my entire life,†despite being “covered head-to-toe in tattoos.”
“Also sorry if I sound weird, I’m on a lot of meds right now to kind of get me through the pain of the procedure,” she finished. “I shouldn’t have even left bed today.â€
Paris took the stage the next day to perform with The Soundflowers in front of her grandmother Katherine Jackson!

The 20-year-old actress, activist and singer-songwriter and her group The Soundflowers performed on Saturday (August 11) at Canyon Sessions, a benefit for F–k Cancer, in Los Angeles.

Paris‘ 88-year-old grandmother, Katherine Jackson, was also in attendance at the concert.
“f–k. i can’t believe my grandma made it to our second live show ever. and she actually liked it!?!!! i was s–ting my pants. i love you so much grandma. i’m so happy we got to play for you and to play for such an incredible cause. @thesoundflowers @canyonsessions @austinbrown #fcancer,” Paris wrote on her Instagram.

The 20-year-old Gringo actress reacted on her Instagram Story on Wednesday (August 1) to false rumors spreading on the Internet that she was planning to go to rehab after Demi Lovato‘s recent hospitalization.
“ummm no?? I haven’t gone to a clinic.. someone doesn’t have to almost die for me to know to be healthy, I’ve already had friends OD and die. that’s enough for me,†she wrote in response to the rumor.â€
Paris later made a video message on her IG Story directly addressing the rumor.
“To all my friends sending me really sweet messages letting me know you’re here for me through tough times or whatever: I’m not going back to rehab or a clinic. That was just bulls–t rumors online. Please don’t believe everything you read,” she confirmed.

The Rachel Winter-directed film is set during the mid-1990s L.A. music scene and centers around wannabe record exec Charlie Porter (White) who, struggling to get out of the mailroom, is tasked with forcing forgotten rock star Micky Adams (Grammer) out of his contract at his longtime label. It’s being described as “a love letter to music and revolving around the record industry.”
Paris will play Cory, Charlie’s love interest and “a sultry singer desperate for her big break.”
Production on the film is already underway in Los Angeles.
