The trailer for the upcoming sequel to Sing is finally here!
Sing 2 will arrive in theaters this Christmas, with returning voice cast Matthew McConaughey, Reese Witherspoon, Scarlett Johansson, Taron Egerton, Tori Kelly and Nick Kroll.
In the just released trailer, Taron belts out Shawn Mendes‘ “There’s Nothing Holdin’ Me Back,” which is also played throughout the teaser.

The animated film sequel debuted the official poster, release date and which famous musicians have joined the cast.
Here’s a synopsis: Buster and his cast have turned the New Moon Theater into a local hit, but Buster has his eyes on a bigger prize: Debuting a new show at the Crystal Tower Theater in glamorous Redshore City.
But with no connections, Buster and his cast—including harried mother pig Rosita, rocker porcupine Ash, earnest gorilla Johnny, shy elephant Meena and, of course, porcine provocateur extraordinaire Gunter — have to sneak their way into the world-famous Crystal Entertainment offices, run by a ruthless mogul wolf named Jimmy Crystal.
In a desperate attempt to get Mr. Crystal’s attention, Gunter spontaneously pitches an outrageous idea that Buster quickly runs with, promising that their new show will star lion rock legend Clay Calloway. Problem is, Buster has never met Clay, an artist who shut himself away from the world more than a decade ago after the loss of his wife and hasn’t been seen since.
As Gunter helps Buster dream up an out-of-this-world theatrical masterpiece, and the pressure (and sinister threats) from Mr. Crystal mount, Buster embarks on a quest to find Clay and persuade him to return to the stage. What begins as Buster’s dream of big-time success becomes an emotional reminder of the power of music to heal even the most broken heart.
Matthew McConaughey, Reese Witherspoon, Scarlett Johansson, Taron Egerton, Tori Kelly and Nick Kroll all return to voice their respective characters, with music stars Bono, Halsey and Pharrell, as well as Bobby Cannavale, Letitia Wright, Eric Andre and Chelsea Peretti joining the cast!
Sing 2 will be out in theaters on December 22, 2021.
Jade Pettyjohn sounds like she had an incredible time working with Reese Witherspoon!
The 19-year-old actress couldn’t help but gush about her famous Little Fires Everywhere co-star in a new interview.

“She’s so kind, and so driven and incredibly intelligent. She’s all of these qualities of what it means to be a fantastic filmmaker and actress and leader. She made everyone feel so comfortable and safe to create. She’s also just so brilliant, which goes without saying – she’s Reese Witherspoon, you know,” Jade told InLove magazine.
She continued, “She’s just such a beautiful person. Every time she talked to anyone on set, you couldn’t help but feel warm. When she was performing, and you were performing with her, you felt like you were performing WITH her, and that was so important. She’s a very generous human being. She’s nothing but inspiring.”

A Wrinkle in Time is taking fans behind-the-scenes of the upcoming flick!
The film just released a new featurette as well as six new stunning character posters including stars stars Storm Reid, Chris Pine, Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Mindy Kaling, Reese Witherspoon and Oprah Winfrey.
“Meet the Mrs.’s and the Murrys in these brand new posters from Disney’s A Wrinkle in Time,” the movie wrote on their Twitter account.
A Wrinkle in Time tells follows an ordinary teenager who’s whisked on a cosmic adventure to find her missing scientist father with the help of three celestial beings.
The movie hits theaters on March 9th.

The movie features a star-studded cast, including singer Tori Kelly and Kingsman‘s Taron Egerton, and over 85 hit songs that will have you singing throughout the movie.
The animated flick is set in a world like ours but entirely inhabited by animals and follows the world’s greatest singing competition, launched to restore a once-grand theater that has fallen on hard times.
