‘On My Block’ Stars Get Big Raises For Season Three

The stars of Netflix's On My Block just secured their raises ahead of starting to film season three of the series.

THR reports that Sierra Capri, Jason Genao, Brett Gray, and Diego Tinoco, as well as Jessica Marie Garcia, have signed new deals and are already in rehearsals for the new season.

Going forward, the five series regulars will be earning $65,000 per-episode for the season; and the deal also "includes a bump" for a potential fourth and fifth seasons.

On My Block season three will have 10 episodes and premiere next year on the streaming service.

Ashley Tisdale looks super cute and in theme at the season three premiere of Stranger Things on Friday night (June 28) in Santa Monica, Calif.

The Merry Happy Whatever actress was joined by fellow girl boss Marsai Martin and Alyson Stoner.

"Yes I got to see the first two episodes of @strangerthingstv and yes itâ€™s even better than last season. @netflix," Ashley shared on Instagram.

‘On My Block’ Stars Are Seeking Raises Before Starting To Film Season 3

The stars of On My Block are looking to up their pay before starting to film season three of their hit Netflix series.

Sierra Capri, Jason Genao, Brett Gray and Diego Tinoco are seeking raises that would "take them from the $20,000-per-episode fee they earned for the first two seasons to bumps that are comparable with the young ensemble cast of fellow Netflix breakout 13 Reasons Why," THR is reporting.

Re-negotiations with Netflix have been on the table singe last month, when the show was given a third season.

The salary raises come after the cast of 13 Reasons Why earned theirs, and the young cast of Stranger Things.

Sources are saying that Sierra, Jason, Diego and Brett are aiming for "$1.75 million for the entire eight-episode season â€” or $218,000 per episode."

The four earned just $200,000 for each of the first two 10-episode seasons.

Jason Genao, Sierra Capri, Diego Tinoco and Brett Gray gather up for a group shot while attending the premiere of On My Block season two held at Petty Cash Taqueria on Wednesday (March 27) in Los Angeles.

The four stars joined Jessica Marie Garcia, Julio Macias, and Danny Ramirez along with showrunner Lauren Iungerich, and co-creators Jeremy Haft and Eddie Gonzalez.

On My Block, which returns on Friday, March 29th, is a coming of age comedy about four bright and street-savvy friends navigating their way through the triumph, pain and the newness of high-school set in the rough inner city.

Sierra Capri Talks All About Monse in ‘On My Block’ Season 2

Sierra Capri is opening up about the upcoming season of On My Block - but not as much as we'd really like her too.

"Everyone is still in high school, I can tell you that. Weâ€™re still freshmen," the -year-old actress teased with ET.

She did add, "I feel like, in season one, everyoneâ€™s characters are being introduced and established, and now in season two, I feel like we get to dive more into their stories and figure out why they are the way they are."

Sierra also talked about her hopes for her character Monse in the second season, which returns on Friday, March 29th on Netflix.

"In season one, she tended to put her friends before herself -- especially Cesar -- and kind of neglect her own issues and her own feelings," she says. "So thatâ€™s what I was hoping [for] in season two, that she just started to find herself."

And one of those issues is finding her mom.

"We got a glimpse of someone who could possibly be her mom, so, in season two, I hope that question is answered," Sierra shared. "We get to see whether or not this woman is gonna be in Monseâ€™s life, or is she someone who [Monse] was hoping would be her mom and just becomes a really good friend? We donâ€™t know."

The stars of Netflix's On My Block are in the house at the 2019 Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards!

Sierra Capri and Diego Tinoco stepped out for the event held on Saturday (March 23) at the Galen Center in Los Angeles.

They were joined by their other co-stars Jason Genao and Brett Gray.
