Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner are swapping gender roles in this new video for Quibi!
The married couple recreated a scene from The Princess Bride for a star-studded quarantine remake for the new platform.
Joe dressed up in a blonde wig and red dress as Buttercup, while Sophie put on a Zorro like costume for the role of Wesley.
In their scene, “they struggle to escape the Fire Swamp and its infestation of ROUSes (Rodents of Unusual Size). The monstrous creature is portrayed by their corgi, plumped by a neck pillow,” according to Vanity Fair‘s sneak peek.
The Princess Bride remake, which was filmed back in March, is helping raise funds for World Central Kitchen will be made available on Quibi starting on Monday (June 29).

A source close to Joe and Sophie recently shared that she is “due soon” and that they “are excited to be new parents.”
The couple has been spending a lot of time together as the prepare for their new addition.

Sophie Turner and Joe Jonas are getting ready to welcome their first child into the world!
The pregnant actress was first revealed to be expecting back in February and a source say she is “due soon.”
“The whole Jonas family is looking forward to showering the new addition with love,” they told ET. “Sophie is due soon and can’t wait to be a mom.”
“Joe and Sophie are excited to be new parents and have been enjoying the process of getting ready for their baby,” the source said. “Sophie and Joe have been trying to also stay active going on walks and hiking.”
For most of her pregnancy, Sophie kept her bump covered up with objects or baggy clothing, and started to stop hiding it back in May.
Earlier this week, the couple were seen out shopping in Los Angeles, and Sophie‘s bump was on full display. Check out the pics on TMZ here!
Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner are showing their support for Black Lives Matter by attending a protest!
The married couple stepped out for a protest on Saturday afternoon (June 6) and fans think that they were in Mammoth Lakes, Calif.
Sophie and Joe, who are currently expecting their first child, were joined by their good friends Greg Garbowsky and Paris Carney.
Sophie, who captioned her post “No justice, no peace #BlackLivesMatter,” shared a video of herself joining in on the “no justice, no peace” chant at the protest.
A fan commented on the post and wrote, “I mean they’ve been arrested and charge [sic] with murder so there justice sooooo can we have peace now?”
Sophie responded, “This isn’t just about those 4 caps, this is about Breonna Taylor, this is about Trayvon Martin, this is about Eric Garner, this is about the systemic racism that black people have faced for hundreds and hundreds of years. This is about changing the system. Justice will be done when society reflects our beliefs that we are all equal. Until then there should be no peace.”

Kevin and Joe Jonas have announced that they have made donations to two Black Lives Matter organizations.
The two Jonas Brothers and their wives, Danielle Jonas and Sophie Turner, made contributions to ACLU and the Equal Justice Initiative.
“We understand that we will never understand, however we will stand. As a parent, you spend each and every day worrying about the welfare of your children, doing your best to prepare them for the world. It completely breaks our hearts to think of the fears that parents in the black community have to face, and the difficult conversations they must have with their children,” Kevin wrote on Instagram.
“No matter who you are or where you come from, we must take action to stop racism. It’s time for systemic change and that change needs to happen NOW. We have donated to the @naacp_ldf and @eji_org and we will continue to stand in this fight until something changes! If you are able we hope you can contribute to the cause as well. Love, Kevin and Danielle Jonas,” he added. Danielle shared the same message on her account.
Joe, who has also been quite vocal in support on Twitter, kept it simple, writing on Instagram story, “@sophiet and I have donated to @aclu_nationwide and @eji_org. Please donate if you’re able to as well.”
That same day, Nick announced that he and wife Priyanka Chopra made donations to the same organizations.
Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner could get 2020 Primetime Emmy Awards!
It was just revealed that new streaming platform Quibi will be submitting 19 of its shows for nominations at the awards ceremony, according to Deadline.
Among those noms are Sophie Turner and Corey Hawkins for Outstanding Actress/Actor in Short Form Comedy or Drama Series, for their roles in Survive. The show itself is also being submitted for Outstanding Short Form Comedy or Drama Series.
Joe‘s series Cup of Joe is being submitted in the Outstanding Short Form Nonfiction or Reality Series category.
Anna Kendrick, Maika Monroe, Darren Criss, Dane DeHaan, and Liam Hemsworth are also among the submissions in the acting categories, with shows like Dummy, Royalties, The Stranger and Most Dangerous Game up for other award submissions.
These are just preliminary submissions and does not guarantee that they will receive nominations, though any would be a first for Quibi, as they just launched this year.

“Yes, we did get married in Vegas by an Elvis impersonator. We had to get legally married in the States, so we thought it’d be really fun to get all of our friends, invite them out and do an impromptu wedding,†Joe recently said about their Las Vegas nuptials.
