Stefan and Caroline share one of the sweetest kisses ever in this Vampire Diaries deleted scene that was just unveiled by none other than showrunner Julie Plec.
It seems that the scene was lost after putting together all the extras for the DVD boxset that will be coming out soon.
“A little backstory — our series finale had no official deleted scenes because we were able to get everything in,” Julie wrote to fans on Twitter.
“However a lot of scenes lost a lot of time from within the scenes themselves. Many darlings were killed. We had to lose some special moments.”
She adds, “I had asked for this particular moment to be included on the DVD, but along the way that request got lost in translation. @TheCW and @WarnerBrosEnt were kind enough to dig it up & send me a link so I could post.”
We’ve dreamt, and hoped, and prayed that somehow, someway, Klaus (Joseph Morgan) and Caroline (Candice King) would make their way back to each in The Vampire Diaries/Originals world — and it just might be happening!
While talking about the season finale of The Originals withEntertainment Weeklyat the ATX Television Festival, showrunner Julie Plec dished about Hope Mikaelson’s future — and just how she might be going to a magical school.
But not any magical school — THE magical school we’re all thinking about.
“Alaric and Caroline are running the Salvatore School for the Young and Gifted where Hope Mikael– sh-t never mind. Keep watching…” she shared, cutting herself off before she revealed even more.
So, this may lay the blocks for Klaroline to reunite after all!
We recently caught up with the actress, who of course played Sybil during the final season of the series, and asked about her reaction to the finale.
“I feel like they tied up all the loose ends and at least from the people I spoke to, they felt like they had closure,” Nathalie told JJJ. “I think it’s hard to please everybody, but I think Julie [Plec] did an amazing job at tying everything up in a bow – b ut in a way that left everyone satisfied.”
Meanwhile, Nathalie is gearing up to star in the new CW show Dynasty, premiering this fall. We can’t wait to see it!
Joseph Morgan is opening up about his character Klaus Mikaelson’s role in The Vampire Diaries finale! The Originals star’s character had a very small, but important role in the finale, but Joseph shared with TooFab that he had no clue what was going to happen.
In the Vampire Diaries finale, Klaus gifted his ex Caroline with a $3 million donation for her Salvatore Boarding School for the Young and Gifted.
“I didn’t know about it before,” Joseph said. “I kind of expected they would do something, because, you know, leave no stone un-turned for the finale I guess. How much was the check?”
When Joseph learned about what Klaus did, he was in shock. “Oh wow, there you go!”
Along with the check, Klaus sent Caroline a super sweet note to his ex.
“Dear Caroline, I have often imagined the paths your life might take, but your chosen future is more noble than I ever fathomed. Please accept this contribution to your virtuous cause. I do look forward to thanking you in person, someday. However long it takes. Yours, Klaus.”
“I wanted to see if there was a way to bring Stefan and Elena back together one more time,” Julie told TheWrap.com. “But Nina left the show and that sealed Delena in for life.”
Kevin told Deadline, “I always thought it would be Stefan and Elena. They were sort of the anchor of the show, but because we lost Elena in Season 6, we couldn’t go back. You know Nina could only come back for one episode – maybe if she had came back for the whole season, we could even have warped back towards that, but you can’t just do it in 42 minutes.”
TELL JJJ: Do you wish you would have seen Stelena reunite?
