Haley Lu Richardson cozies up to boyfriend actor Brett Dier at the premiere of her film, Edge of Seventeen, during the 2016 Toronto Film Festival held at Roy Thomson Hall on Saturday night (September 17) in Toronto, Canada.

The 21-year-old actress, who plays Krista in the film, joined co-stars Hailee Steinfeld, Woody Harrelson, Hayden Szeto, and Blake Jenner on the red carpet for the closing ceremony. Bailee Madison and Blake‘s wife, actress Melissa Benoist also hit the red carpet in support of the film.

“She just had to be so many things that were antithetical in a lot of ways,” director Kelly Fremon Craig shared about casting Hailee in the lead role. “Really tough, but also really fragile, and be able to completely nail the comedy but also slay you with how vulnerable and insecure and how much pain she’s in. And the thing that just amazed me is she could do that on a dime.”

She added, “She could go from a funny moment to a moment that just killed me. She was making things alive in a way that I just felt like I’m constantly witnessing something miraculous,” said the writer/director, who emphasized that none of the story points were autobiographical.”

Jacob Tremblay is a cutie patootie on the red carpet while premiering his movie Burn Your Maps on Thursday (September 15) at the Ryerson Theatre in Toronto, Canada.

The nine-year-old actor was joined by his on-screen mom Vera Farmiga for the premiere held during the 2016 Toronto International Film Festival. The young actor was at the same festival a year ago for his breakout film Room!

Burn Your Maps follows an eight-year-old boy (Tremblay) becomes convinced that he actually hails from the steppes of Mongolia, leading his troubled parents (Farmiga and Martin Csokas) to undertake an incredible family voyage.

Chloe Moretz stuns in a yellow gown at the premiere of Brain on Fire during the 2016 Toronto Film Festival held at Princess of Wales Theatre on Friday (September 16) in Toronto, Canada.

The 19-year-old actress met up with Bailee Madison and co-star Robert Moloney at the event, as well as director Gerard Barrett and his wife Grainne O’Sullivan, and Susannah Cahalan, whom the movie is based on.

Earlier in the day, Chloe stepped out for the press conference.

“Goosebumps.What a courageous & tremendously important movie. @ChloeGMoretz @scahalan congratulations, you are changing lives.?? #BrainOnFire,” Bailee shared on Twitter after watching the movie.

FYI: Chloe wore a Miu Miu gown and sandals for the premiere. At the press conference, she wore Rag & Bone trousers, Gianvitto Rossi shoes and a Coach choker.

Chloe is attending the final weekend of the 2016 Toronto Film Festival to premiere her new film, Brain on Fire.

In the film, Chloe plays a young journalist who starts suffering from violent outbursts and severe amnesia before being diagnosed with a rare mental disorder.

Suki Waterhouse is all smiles with her co-star Jason Momoa at premiere of their film The Bad Batch held during the 2016 Toronto International Film Festival on Tuesday (September 13) at Ryerson Theatre in Toronto, Canada.

The 24-year-old actress and Jason were accompanied at the premiere by the director of the film, Ana Lily Amirpour.

Gina Rodriguez dolls up in a gorgeous floral gown for the premiere of Deepwater Horizon during the 2016 Toronto Film Festival held at Roy Thomson Hall on Tuesday (September 13) in Toronto, Canada.

The 31-year-old actress reunited with her cast mates including Mark Wahlberg and Kate Hudson on the red carpet for the gala premiere.
