Gina Rodriguez Wishes She Was More Like Jane

Gina Rodriguez, Justin Baldoni, and Brett Dier all look red carpet ready while posing for photos at the Jane the Virgin panel held during PaleyFest on Sunday (March 15) in Hollywood.

Also in attendance were Yael Grobglas, Andrea Navado, Jamie Camil, and Ivonne Coll.

"Jane is a woman I wish I was more like… You seldom get the opportunity to even audition for a woman who is so strong and empowering and fearless and driven and a virgin," Gina said during the panel (via Variety).

FYI: Gina is wearing an A.L.C. outfit, Stuart Weitzman shoes, an Edie Parker clutch, Le Vian earrings, and Harry Kotler and Doves rings.

Justin Baldoni Makes Dreams Come True – Films Charles Michael Davis Running In Slow Motion

Justin Baldoni is now our hero -- and possibly yours, too.

The 31-year-old Jane The Virgin actor got a visit from pal and fellow CW star Charles Michael Davis on the set of Jane earlier in the week in Los Angeles.

"On the next episode of #janethevirgin , Rafael will be played by Marcel. a.k.a my boy Charles Michael Davis @theoriginals @cwjanethevirgin #avampiretelenovellacrossover," he captioned on Instagram with Yael Grobglas, before sharing the best video yet.

Justin wrote, "So...Charles flew in today to be of service at the skid Row carnival Saturday (yep he's that awesome) I hadn't seen him for a few months and as he ran up to hug me, I was able to capture on film what I'm pretty sure is every teenage girls fantasy. So, boys and girls, I present to you...Charles Michael Davis in slow motion."

The cast of Jane The Virgin pokes fun at Jamie Camil's Rogelio de la Vega in this funny shot from their panel on set during the 2015 TCA Winter Press Tour in Los Angeles on Wednesday afternoon (January 14).

Justin Baldoni, Brett Dier, Jamie, Andrea Navedo, and Yael Grobglas all got in a line to look like they were sailing away before Golden Globe winner Gina Rodriguez joined in on the fun along with Ivonne Coll.

"The plan right now is for Jane to have sex when she gets married," showrunner Jennie Snyder Urman shared at the conference. "That's the plan. That's important to her. That's not something that we're going to throw away."

She added, "We've all seen that just because she's a virgin, she's not prude. She's an interesting, fun person and this is something that's important to her, that she's going to hold onto. Not that it isn't going to be tested at various moments, but that's the plan."

Justin Baldoni suits up for an afternoon inside the 2015 AFI Awards held at the Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills on Friday afternoon (January 9) in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The 30-year-old actor was joined by his gorgeous co-star Yael Grobglas for the annual event.

The AFI Awards celebrate the complete creative ensembles behind the year's most outstanding motion pictures and television programs – and for the first time in the program's history, the voting procedure yielded an additional film honoree, resulting in 11 motion picture selections alongside the 10 for television.

Gina Rodriguez gets into character in these brand new Jane the Virgin cast portraits!

The 29-year-old actress' co-stars Justin Baldoni, Brett Dier, Yael Grobglas, Ivonne Coll, Jaime Camil, and Andrea Navedo also got their own shots.

Here's the show's synopsis: Jane Villanueva is a driven young woman studying to become a teacher, nursing a dream to be a writer, and supporting herself with a job at a hot new Miami hotel. Though she's been "saving herself" until she and her fiancé are married, Jane's meticulous life plans are turned upside down when her doctor accidentally artificially inseminates her with a specimen meant for someone else. Suddenly, Jane's life becomes as dramatic and complicated as the telenovelas she has always loved.

Jane the Virgin premieres on Monday, October 13 @ 9PM on The CW!

Gina Rodriguez’s ‘Jane The Virgin’ Will Deal with Morality

Gina Rodriguez flashes a big smile while sitting on a panel for her show Jane the Virgin during The CW's portion of the 2014 TCA Summer Press Tour on Friday morning (July 18) at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The 28-year-old actress was joined on the panel by her co-stars Justin Baldoni and Yael Grobglas. They all stepped out the night before while attending the CBS, CW and Showtime Party. See the pics below!

During the panel, the show's title was addressed.

"We knew it had edge to it," executive producer Ben Silverman said (via TV Line). "But the moment you see the show, you see it's all about thoughtfulness and morality. It really is a show that, once you watch it, you recognize it's very deep and broad appeals to all different people going through things in their own life."
