Ashley Tisdale & Cody Simpson Hit Up Cosmo's 50th Birthday Bash With Julianne Hough!

Ashley Tisdale sports a dark lip to match her new red hair while attending Cosmopolitan’s 50th Birthday Celebration at Ysabel on Monday night (October 12) in West Hollywood, Calif.

The Clipped star was joined at the event by Dancing With the Stars judge Julianne Hough, singer Cody Simpson, Kingdom‘s Jessica Szohr, and former Miss USA Olivia Culpo.

Also in attendance were Scandal‘s Katie Lowes, TV personality Kelly Osbourne, and model Lydia Hearst (with fiance Chris Hardwick).

FYI: Julianne is wearing a Femme d’armes shirt, Red Valentino shorts, Stuart Weitzman shoes, and Sylva & Cie jewels.
